Guest Australianinwaiting Posted June 10, 2012 Share Posted June 10, 2012 Hi everyone Well, we have the visa, the flights are booked for our validation trip and now we're onto car hire and accommodation. We're flying into Perth on 14th August so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a car hire firm (preferably at the airport for ease) that was cost effective (ie. cheap and good!) and a website for accommodation, think holiday lets rather than hotels. Its the signature Proview, anyone can put their own business details with one external link into their signature on PIO, we just dont allow 'posted' advertising,or we would be inundated with ad's everywhere. w1johnston Posted June 10, 2012 Share Posted June 10, 2012 I forgot to mention regarding accommodation, when we were in Perth for 2 weeks last year we stopped at an apartment in Hillary's, it wasn't cheap by any stretch but it was about the cheapest we could find anywhere around perth and it was in a nice area. We booked through the guy on this website http://www.starproperties.net.au/ and it was a lot cheaper than if we had booked with Hillary's direct.
