moven Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 Hi, Just wondering will my OH need to get a PC from the Netherlands as she worked there in 2003, which falls within the 10 year period or will an Irish PC for the last 9 years be enough to satisfy the requirements? My employer asked for one and has it,would they have submitted that with their nomination bits n pieces or do they simply have set items to submit? Sorry for all the questions A police clearance is not required for a 457 application unless you have a criminal history. Your employer may have requested a Police Clearance from you as part of their employment process; this is a separate issue to the visa process.
