  1. Thanks to everyone for their contribution. I will seek a paid advised as recommended.
  2. I said unrequired information and that is why I tagged it UNNECESSARY.
  3. As you would agree with me, my post didn't say I am hiding anything. Also, I am aware you have to demonstrate hardship to get work right. Nevertheless, I am just unsure if applying for work right would influence the main application's decision.
  4. Is anyone willing to provide information or advise to the above concern? The post has nearly 80 views already, and nothing is coming forth.
  5. Please, we are in the process of applying for work right on our BVC having had to wait long enough without correspondence from the department. My partner was diagnosed with a medical condition which has placed us in a dilemma. We are anxious about applying for the work right (we do not want our application to seem like we can't afford her medical consultations and follow-ups; which we are pretty sure we can afford without stress and also, we are trying everything possible to avoid volunteering unnecessary information to the department). However, we are running extremely low on our savings, and we are uncertain of how long we still have to wait to hear from the department. While putting the BVC right application into consideration, we are unsure if the BVC work right can affect our 485 application outcome. Is it advisable to take this bold step? Any information will be greatly honoured. Thanks
  6. I wouldn't have believed the 10 years citizenship thing if I haven't seen the link you provided here. However, I doubt immigration would allow someone stay here that long without refusing a visa lol.
  7. I am unsure about the information provided so I reckon you wait on the seniors in the house to help you out with your enquiry. However, I think you should be able to apply for your subclass 485 while you're still on a bridging visa A. Why do you have to wait for a response from the department? If the response isn't favourable, then you'll miss on getting a 485 visa in my opinion.
  8. I don't think the government is asking them to stay back if they are willing to afford their own flight ticket. After all, every one of them left on there own accord.
  9. What happened to buying yourself a ticket and come back home? Do people really have to wait on the government to do everything for them?
  10. I am looking for someone to help with my 485 application. I have some problems that require an experienced person to point me in the right direction. Do anyone know of any MARA located within the Brisbane axis?
