The website is a bit confusing. If you are worried, practice a bit and retake the exam. It's much cheaper than 5000 you'd have to pay. You can retake the exam as many times as you want

Do you have a new work contract with lower pay and higher hours? If not, Fair Work Australia can be a place to complain. They don't take these things lightly. Once you make this complaint, there's going to be evidence of breakdown in relationship which establishes the genuineness of your situation. PR can be cancelled only if there is evidence of fraud during the application. Subsequent misbehavior of the employer just makes it harder for them to sponsor anyone in the future. Does not affect any grants in the past.

So what did you submit as a response? No documents? What specifically did they ask for which was already uploaded? Was it named appropriately?

PTE provides validity for 2 yrs. Main applicant who needs Competent english falls under this category Dependents need Functional competency - this is possible only with a PTE test taken within the last 12 months (on application date).

No, it won't affect your Visa. Infact if what you describe is true, your employer is in trouble.

agree. however, i think we can make it better. for eg. how does number of people in the application provide any extra useful information? based on the legislation, information on sponsor being accredited or job being in regional australia are more useful predictors

These are from 2017 - so they have expired. Validity is 2 yrs as per PTE. You might unfortunately need to retake them. You should check with your MA

Why is that? It's not available in the dropdown. My MA (Fragomen) advised me to do so since 186 wasn't available in the dropdown.. not sure how the link above provides any clarification. The health requiremens differ between permanent and temporary. 189, 190, 186,187 all have the same requirements

This legislation might explain order of processing visas (aside from being correctly filed with required documents) https://www.mckkrs.com.au/news/new-direction-no-81-order-of-consideration-certain-skilled-migration-visas-replaces-direction-no-74/ Basically those applying after March 2018 are a higher priority. If it's a designated area migration scheme or employer is an accredited sponsor or has has applied for global talent (GTI), then it's faster. 190 visa applicants are processed faster than other "regular" 186 applicants. 189 comes last

If it is a fully paid leave, it should count because it is a benefit of being employed. If it is unpaid leave, it may not count.

English score doesn't matter. This is not a points tested stream. You just need Competent English. Profession and Nominating business - sure, but there is no ironclad guarantee. Established larger businesses nominating employees in highly in-demand professions do get processed faster IF all the documentation is upto scratch and submitted on time. Since the SAF levy began in August 2018, things have seemingly moved faster for many people who have been nominated since.
