    This is like Joke from Immigration and Government - This year 200000 application came . What should we do we will approve random applications so 18000 approved . What about the rest !!!!! Don’t worry they can’t do anything . These 182,000 will still be paying taxes which is income and we don’t even have to worry about them asking for benefits. They still will be paying for renewing of documents may be in one year they must have become murderers on there own expenses . I am stuck here now in this waiting game where you don’t even know what’s happening whether it’s going to approve or not .

    Hi , Today I have entered in my seven months . I think I am qualified enough to whinge . I have done that in past but many members have said don’t whinge you are not that long enough. I am not happy the way things have happened two people who applied before me have already got PR and one who applied after me has also got PR. I am the fourth person and I believe the most unlucky one , I am really sad that’s why just writing this . My luck has always been like this , I am always in every situation is like a Victim who is just waiting for good things to happened. Thanks,

    I don’t understand why people with there nomination approval and visa approval in two months is actually on this page. They are no help , they are only to ask for help , please folks this page is more about people have been waiting for years for there visa approval. Our cases have stuck in the system some where , they will be forgotten until they get picked up randomly. I know my waiting time is not long but there is no justification of people getting there visas and nomination approved in few days .

    In Simple words Immigration is finding a new ways to cancel or refuse the applications . Once the liberal has won , we have same environment as America where Immigration works with there own rules because government will not Intervene. They have lawyers which suggest them these wording they are using , which doesn’t make any sense . Case officers are humans and they go with there emotions as well . In reality what is 186 ViSA : 1. Work with same employer for two years out of three year 2. Provide all the documentation 3. TRT Pathway 4. An you are eligible to apply PR even the MA doesn’t know now days whether case will be approved or not. 5. So all the expenses we have done for the process is gone Best of luck mate you need more paper work .

    What about the rest , why they are charging the money if they have not intention of opening the cases . It’s like you paying same money as business even though you will never get the seat but still getting charge because that’s the source of income. They just refund the money an say try other airline we don’t need you

    It’s a game of numbers , you have 150,000 seats available for PR but applications are 600,000. Immigration we should keep the rest of the application and play around with them. They are not running anywhere , they will always be here . Fill the occupation we need urgent rest we don’t care. There is no fairness , I can see cooks nobody’s cares , they are just labour. We should get more IT people who will change there profession once they become PR so the number starts from 0 again

    I think I will have to sit tight for long journey . In this forum I am looking people getting visa approved within 4 months. I will be on this forum for another two years whinging everyday why they are not opening my file. Very disappointed . Good luck for everyone who have got there visas and those who are waiting . cheers

    Really that’s the reason . I don’t think so you are just lucky and your occupation must be required and in demand . It doesn’t matter how you apply your application it just a matter of luck .

    Hay Hex I understand about the patience. I am in this country from last 9 years and patience is the only thing I am more than qualified and have learned in this country. I just want to get over with this feeling of waiting and get over with it.

    How sad is it and biased that some people getting approval in two months it’s like powerball lotto, no fairness in the system. I haven’t been waiting for long but they way things are happening Scott Morrison wants to stop immigrants, it will definitely affect the processing . They have taken the money but still no results, you just have to wait for some case officer to have approval for your life . Every government change they want to target immigrants I have wasted my youth in this country can’t even think about to go back . Elections will definitely affect the processing time if liberal wins processing time will be forever . You can’t even ask anybody what to do and what’s happening . When money was deducted it was straight away no waiting time on it , I wish they had deducted the money the way they process the applications. God bless everybody for there patience.

    Hi Guys, I didn’t receive any email. I am bit scared of getting stuck in the waiting time of two years . My luck has never been the best in the world .

    Really sorry to hear that , your sixteen months are wasted because one case officer thought so . I completely disagree with the way they are taking Immigration now. You like this country , you want to stay here , you follow rules but at the end we have to pack our bags and go back. I hope you get some help which will help you to fight back. I have done that as well my 457 Visa was cancelled because the employer didn’t apply for nomination in required time . I hope you get some good news .

    One of my Friend was saying that all the Restaurant manager and Cook cases are getting very scrutinised. They often visit the Company as well which delays the process. I am not sure whether its true or false .

    I think the emails are only for all the low risk Occupations. High risk occupations has to wait longer like two years or forever

    Hi Guys , I believe there is no voice for us . We all are scared and this immigration is sitting on there asses. Sometimes it comes to mind we should all come together and protest against these waiting times. Australia doesn’t even know that we exist they don’t even care . I have been paying taxes in this country from last 10 years . I have spent almost all of my savings to be part of this community. But here we have Prime ministers and news channels which claims that we have too many immigrants which delays the processing of visa but there is still visa getting accepted from overseas , people are getting PR from overseas and here we have so many applications from 2017 not even open yet. Just my thinking we have to let them that do not take us for granted. Just my thinking
