Hay Dimitrios engage yourself with some activities and also think about the positives if you get visa: - Like what you will be doing once VISA get approved - Where you will be travelling - be positive, focus and enjoy in the presence don’t worry about the future because future you don’t know at least you have present in your hand. Don’t come to this forum for time being spend family time . I even deleted my IMMI account once . Hopefully this will help you Cheers

Hi Guys , In the Immi Account it says 12 months to 16 months waiting time . Is it for the specific cases or the overall timing?? Does it mean my application will take the same time . Thanks

It was my lawyer who said that if you went overseas using your leaves will not be counted toward two years . It doesn’t matter with taking leaves if you stay in Australia. I am not sure about paid and Unpaid

Why your VISA was refused

I was on 457 and took my leave as normal, but when you go overseas it will be affecting your application applying timings . If in three years you went twice for two weeks so these 14 days will not be counted in your two years or three years experience.

Today my nomination got approved !!! I am not sure how long should be the wait for VISA approval and today is my birthday as well . So what else do you want as a gift

Brother atleast your nomination is approved if they start working on FIFO applications from last year should be the first preference but in my case nothing has happened they took the money and I have to wait for them to take decision. Now they don’t need that many people before they were giving out PR on platter.

I believe PR approval season is over , it’s just bits and pieces approval happening now. I don’t know at my work place 4 People applied , 3 got it in exact 7 months. I thought I will be the same but still waiting , I will be stuck forever on this page now whinging about not getting PR

It’s not about somebody is forcing me to stay here !! I have paid enough taxes in this country but do you know when you have to go back you have to pay back 38% of your superannuation as a tax . So nothing is of free , I am paying for every second I am here . So going back is not an option of genius when you have invested this much part of your life here

Hi Bigben and Hex thanks for your help guys ! I am really going through tough time financially so I needed to take out my frustration somewhere . I don’t need PR to create new, it’s just everything is stuck at one place and nothing is moving.

Hi Hex thanks for the advice my point was that the application which have already been applied there waiting time is 12 months to 16 months . I have already waited 8 months I don’t know whether this waiting gets add on top of that you already waited time . My profile says 12 months to 16 months I don’t know whether this is excluding or including my 8 months . If it’s excluding than my waiting time will be 20 months to 28 Months . So this whole scam which is running by immigration to take people money before even processing the application is bad .

How come it’s offensive ! Your case is already processed in three months here I am waiting from 8 months on the mercy of some case officer . You don’t know how hard is to survive with one income where everything is getting expensive which is not just for Australians only also for people those who are on VISAs like me . I have only one source of income I can’t do any other job but petrol prices are going up . Once documents get expired they ask for new documents which I have to pay from my pocket not from the Immigration pockets from my pockets . I know my statements is hurtful and not practical but that’s sad truth. There timeline is going up for no reason.

The government has set aside 5,000 of the 160,000 places in the permanent migration stream for the new program. Immigration Minister David Coleman has revealed one officer is in place in Berlin, Germany, with more to be sent next month to the United States, Singapore, Santiago, Shanghai and Dubai. Their task is to recruit 5,000 professionals at the top of their fields in target industries, particularly the tech sector.

Please read the link provided so Funny this Immigration hasn’t approved so many applications but sending people overseas to hire talented people. They have taken money from us and from the companies and using that to travel overseas .

Hi any body waiting from December . My agent said that the case officer asked for few documents which were already provided and than case officer is in silent mode. My agent already send two emails about any documents further needed but no reply from case officer it was happened in 26 June 2019 . I don’t know whether case officer has gone into hibernation or he has fallen asleep on his desk .Any Suggestion
