Today I am deciding that I will be deleting my Immi account , it’s really sad how the Immigration work now . Tomorrow will be one month after my nomination approval and no Info all documents will be expiring as well . I am going for Hibernation

What was requested in your s56???? Didn’t you update all the documents . My wife overseas Police clearance is already expired and our Australian Police clearance is expiring in October . I am not sure when they will be opening the File

I was really relieved in June at that time, that my file has been picked or they are verifying the documents but after that just Nomination approval in August and nothing else

Yes this was happened with my wife PTe score in June and I thought something is happening but from that time nothing has happened.

I heard from everybody if your Nomination approved than your VISA will be approved maximum in One month. But Now it’s sad that you don’t know what’s happening

I have all documents submitted even Medical is done as well , It’s making me crazy now just this way of Immigration taking cases Obviously If somebody has nomination , there is a visa file as well . It took 8 months for my Nomination to be approved, it looks like another year until they move there fat a&$

Hi Hex, Once your nomination approved did the status of your Immi account changed at all. I see the timeline of your visa granted which is one month and four days . Did your Immi account updated at all ???

It will be like this untill the end of Financial year when they have to get there targets . They don’t care what people are going through because of this waiting game. We 4 from the same company applied and all of them have got the residency and I am still waiting . It make me sad everyday

There is no time for that !!!! My nomination approved in 26/08/2019 with case ready everything even Medical also done . Still waiting I don’t know it’s just bad luck or no Idea

Time line is a myth which exist only as a guideline it can approved in one week after nomination approval or 4 months as well . I have been waiting from 26/08/19

Hay Mate just want to ask one question regarding your AFP which you submitted. Was it already expired or they just wanted the new one ?? Or did they wait for it to be expire ????

I think they must be tired with so many applications and taking there own times with every application. I feel pity for them , Case officers start there job at 9 AM than tea breaks, Lunch Breaks , smoke breaks so much to fit in 9 AM to 5 PM . No wonder Immigration Minister is bald so much pressure

Thanks for Rectify that but if it’s for couple and international police clearance as well which is $125 alone + $42.5 + $10 Travel and it’s only for one person

Take my case there website say if you want reduce the processing time Please upload all documents which you do but application is taking too long than they ask you to upload new updated documents. So Medical - $800 AFP - $200 But can we claim it !!!! NO

I believe this waiting time which has been given by Immigration is Myth now. Everybody is over with waiting game because It’s getting approved with no sense at all
