I forgot to mention that my employer was also able to sponsor another employee for 4 years in January 2019.

Hi SamuelL, this February 2019 we provided BAS activity statement + letter from employer accountat and most recent P&L hoping to hear from tribunal soon but nothing has happened yet. Do you know if after the PR will be granted I will still need to keep working for the same employer for 2 more years after the grant date? It seems a bit unreasonable as I basicallyalteady worked these 2 years already, it feels like a new modern slavery system. Cheers

When they refused your nomination, did they ask for any additional information or question? Did they refused the nomination assesing only the information you uploaded on the website? With us they did not give any opportunity to prove otherwise or ask any additional information, we really feel the case has not been given natural justice.

Hi Irfan Sam, We did combined application for Employer Nomination&Visa on the 31/07/2017, employer nomination was refused on the 11/12/2017 and the appeal was lodged on the 15/12/2017. We called the AAT few weeks ago and they advised that the case is still in the queue and has not been assigned yet. Is anyone-else waiting for a decision from AAT since 2017? Thanks

Hi guys, I hope you are all well. I am just reaching out to see how many applicants have been treated unfairly by the Department of Home Affairs. My case is pretty simple, I have been working full time for a company on a 457 visa for two years after my employer lodged a nomination for TRT 186 Visa and I have applied for the visa. The nomination was quickly refused by the Department of Home Affairs for the financial viability of the business without requesting any additional documents to prove otherwise. We lodged an appeal thru the AAT, almost two years have passed now and we don't have any news but I am still working at the same job with the same employer. Is anyone in the same situation? Thanks in advance for reading

Hi guys I am in the same position... business nomination has been refused on the 15 of December 2017, We appealed and still waiting for a response from the AAT. Apparently the case has not been assigned yet... What was your timeframe? Thanks
