You cannot create HAP ID . MA forwards a medical examination letter that she receives from department while lodging your application. You should take this letter to BUPA while booking your test. So, ask your MA for this letter.

You can create a HAP ID. You click on Health Assessment and then beside each applicant there will be a link that says Organise Health Examination.

By the way Bupa is not the only place where you can do your Medicals, depending on where you live you can search for a nearest approved Medical Test Centre.

Can anyone tell me What are the chances of Retail Manager’s Nomination approval.I am really worried as RT Manager is getting vanished day by day from RSMS ☹️

Nom and Visa Lodged Feb 2018..no news yet

Chances are good as long as it's a genuine position and there is a genuine need. If you applied in Feb 2018, you have just crossed your 16th month, there is no need to worry before Jan2020.

my 187 visa was refused last month and i applied to AAT . ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO CHECK AAT STATUS  AND DOCUMENT REQUIRED ? I DONT TRUST ANYONE MIGRATION LAWYER . PLEASE ADVICE ME IF U CAN

The documents you require with be based on your refusal. Which state are you in? I know why you don't trust any migration agent/lawyer because most of them are just interested in linning their own pocket. I could suggest you someone who is a straight shooter and has a fixed rate.

Hey guys what is this mean immigration asked to release my pte score .

I believe this means that the department of immigration hasn't been able to verify your score. It would be better if you contact PTE and try and sort this out so that when immigration tries checking on the PTE website they can verify your score.

No, it depends on what visa type he holds at the time of the child’s birth. Children born overseas to permanent resident holders are not automatic citizens or even citizens by descent and therefore have to apply for a permanent visa ie the child 101 visa to enter the country. If they are born onshore to either 1 or both parents with PR, then they are automatically Australian citizens.

Detailed here on home affairs website.

    https://archive.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/life/chil

Also many other threads on poms in oz where women have gone to their home country to deliver only to find out they can’t return easily with their child.

If the child is born onshore to 457 holder the baby will be on the same visa. (Department has to be informed).

Not sure what happens if the baby is born overseas when the parents are on a 457 though...

@Wonderingaloud thanks for the clarification, I was under the impression 101 visa's are only citizens adding their children never knew it applies to PR holders too. I have a friend from NZ who was just able to add her son to her 186 visa.... don't know if rules are different for kiwis, didn't ask her all the details but the link you've attached is simply evident enough.

Hi Davv.. haven't applied it yet...Due in October.. getting my docs ready to put in a decision ready application.

Better hurry Sheb, in November this visa shuts down. By the way you don't need to apply for 101 child visa if your kid is born abroad. All you need to do is apply to add them on your visa.

They could have refused it straight away instead of asking for evidence. Been working there 4 years now.

Manu, they could have refused it...but will eventually do so, unfortunately they are just trying to confirm that the business is not running with 2 different ABN's. I would suggest filing your second nomination ASAP by doing so they may consider and not refuse your application. Otherwise you need to start all over again.

    Hi mark thanks for reply.

Tha only  thing is I don’t have breadging visa from 187 .my student visa gets refused and now my case is running in student visa AAT and have applied Rsms offshore, residing currently in Australia. I have got bridging visa on the basis of student Visa and after then I applied Rsms offshore. Meanwhile I completed my studies but not holding valid student visa . Stil i can work full time .

As long as ur on AAT on the student visa I'm sure you can't work full-time, however if you have finished your studies before the AAT you should contact the department of immigration and tell them you have completed your studies. In this case 2 things can happen they may grant your student visa and you may get 28days to apply for a post study work permit if you have studied for a 2year period.

2nd senario - you lose the AAT or even if it's less than 2year study period they may ask you to leave the country in 28days.

Either way you have to be out of the country when your 187 offshore is being processed or granted.

    Hi ,

please suggest what are the work limitations on breadging visa a . When last course is finished or course is not in session.

please suggest do i have to continue study in some other course .? Thanks

Your work limitations are the same as your previous visa. So if you were on a student visa your limitations are 40hr/fortnight. If your on a PSW or work visa then there are no work limitations.

Regarding studying - whatever study visa you applied for you need to complete that course for example you applied to study commercial cookery and diploma in hospitality and midway you got sponsored by your employer. You cannot quit studying just because your on your bridging visa, however if you have finished your course you don't need to enroll in another course. At this point of time you are entitled to work full-time because of a clause in the visa condition that allows you to work full-time whenever your on holidays this also applies if you have finished the course.

When migrants arrive in Australia and start accusing most Australians of ripping off Centrelink, it suddenly becomes clear why your average man in the street is anti-immigration.

In actual fact many Australians receive no money from Centrelink, many have never even been near a Centreink office, and the vast majority would not dream of fraudulently claiming money. from them.

If you think Australians are all such violent, dishonest, criminal minded cheats, I cannot understand why on earth you are trying to move to the country?

I think you should scroll up and start reading the whole story before you add your 2 cents in... don't judge by reading a single post and more over I'm not even talking about being violent, dishonest and criminal minded...I think your just getting your knickers in a twist here. Stop twisting stories and causing more confusing.... it's evident you haven't mixed with all walks of life and I don't want to even try to educate you on this.🤔😂

I think your statement is a bit harsh tbh. A lot of native English speakers would struggle with IELTS, but that’s not the primary reason for this test, it’s the non native speakers who need to be able to communicate at a decent level of English (verbal and written) in order to function in the Australian workplace.

Most people are trying to con Centrelink? Most? Yes some people do this but those type of people exist everywhere. One if the reasons the spouse visas take so long now is because of the number of fraudulent marriages, from overseas nationals trying to con their way into the country. It works both ways.

10 year olds involved in crime is not unique to Australia, it’s a bit of an odd thing to say.

I genuinely don’t think immigration is out to cheat migrants.

Seriously, the number of people who apply for visas alone, or rely on some dodgy MA is why there’s so many refusals. All the criteria for the visa is not on immigrations website, they actually advise potential migrants to use a MARA registered agent who should know the details to ensure the applications are full and complete at the time of lodgement.

Its why immigration should not be relied on for advice, they actually have insurance for the bad advice their phone operators provide. It’s incredibly complex, more so than I think people realise.

I don’t know if you are trying to migrate to Australia, but don’t bother if you have such a poor opinion of the country.

I agree with most of the points you've made including if there were no IELTS, you can well imagine the level of people who would be coming in, that being said I can only presume that @Tosh14 has said all of this in utter frustration. The point on 10year olds being criminals, I guess that happens in all countries so no need on going there but cheating Centrelink and cheating DWP (department of works and pensions- UK) is something serious and when she mentioned most people...I have to agree with this it is definitely most people. Infact the Liberals who say that imigrants are the ones who are spunging the economy it's complete bullshit as immigrants are funding the economy and funding the scumbags that spung of Centrelink.

The last point about dodgy MA- I guess all migration agent are registered through MARA...there's not a single agent who can file your application without being registered. Unfortunately some of these dodgy MA's are also registered and don't even know what they are doing...so who are you going to rely on when they all are registered. I would strongly recommend everyone to do they own research before proceeding with any MA.

I agree that without the important documents they are not required to ask for documents. However, we restaurant and cafe managers got refused at the same time for basically the same reasons while Kumar's case here got requested several things like genuine positions, financial documents, ... and got approved. The waiting time for 187 is insanely long as you can see 2 years compared to 2013-2016 and the visa fee is increasing every year as well, it is really cruel to refuse without the need to clarify things, we are human, not robots. We definitely followed the checklist carefully, my employer is not playing a guessing game here, she's surprised as well as the business is 10 years old, the applicant is already worked for the business, we even supplied the bank statement and payslip for 2 years, and he looked at the financial documents after 21 months and predict the future that the employer is unable to pay for the next 2 years?

Moreover, you can see nonsense reasons above like assume that the owner can be the managers. I bet they can refuse 1000 cases like that without requesting documents.

It is understandable if the matter is refused for not providing relevant documents/information as per the published checklists, such as evidence of market salary or a Contract of Employment.

However, the current decisions emanating from the Department, other than being “jurisdictional errors”, are also a breach of natural justice where, despite providing evidence, it is not seen as adequate by the Case Officer based on his/her views that are outside the parameters of the laws and policies. Under the circumstances, seeking at least one response from the client, which may result in the reversal of a decision, is the basic principles of “natural justice” which forms the basis of all legal processes in Australia.

As such, the case officer’s reasons are his/her personal and unsubstantiated view.

Ask any migration agents and you will see, we got refused based on things that are not on the checklist and assumptions.

It's always sad and frustrating to get refused after such a long wait. I believe everyone here would be genuine people applying for their visa's, even if they have changed occupations. The part that requires the employer to state a genuine need in the organisation in order to be sponsored is completely annoying and irrelevant according to me. "There is a job and you are there to fulfill the role of the requirements - simple as that and that's the reason why your being employed" I don't understand why it needs to be stated as a genuine need and how a CO can determine that there is no need for the position just by reading a few documents. Most of these cases are being refused as a money making racket.

Can you imagine the money they are making with the number of refusals. Lastly it all depends on luck if you get a good CO they will give you some time to clarify their doubts and ask for more information but if you get a bad CO they will give you a refusal without giving you time to clarify anything even when things are as clear and transparent.

    Hi,

My 2 workmates have had their nomination file approval yesterday and today. What are the chances that my nomination will be open soon?

Nomination is for the same position(cook).

    Regional NSW

Bikas88 it all depends on if all the applications were made at the same time. There is no guarantee that your file will be seen to even if they were submitted together. There are a few cases here on this forum where people who have applied after their colleagues but have got their nomination and visas much before. So unfortunately there is no rule of first come-first served. When did you apply for your application?

    Hi Guys,

plz suggest me about my qualification.

i applied as a restaurant manager in feb 2018.

Currently on 482 with same employer.

As I transferd my 457 to 482 when I changed employer. Because i got 457 with another employer.

But my qualification is diploma of business.

Is alright for restaurant manager rsms .

As I already approved 457 and 482 with same qualification.

Or i have to apply other study as Rpl?

    plz suggest me .

     Thanks

Diploma in business should be fine for a managerial role. I think you wouldn't have any problem unless you get a horrendous CO.

Also, I have been here In Australia for nearly 10 years, but I haven't able to get my PR Until now but hoping to get soon.

BVA is a bridging visa. I suggest U carry on with Vevo don't have to make an immi account coz once you do that you would have a whole new load of questions....it's like opening a can of worms that U wish U didn't open. And since you have done without it for 18 months you can do without it for another few...Ur going to get your visa shortly so just be patient....

    Guys tell me one thing..

The new prime minister of Australia Mr. Scott Morrison .. is he against immigrants?

Just wanted to clear this thing as some one told me that visa will be hard from now.

Hi Rajat...I believe so too...it's not always as clear as black and white as no politician will say that they are against immigration unless they are white supremacist like Pauline Hanson who openly say all Asians should be stopped coming into Australia.

The Lib's proposed the migration cuts to 160k for next 3 years of which 70% for skilled 30% for family & special visas. They also proposed the visa price hikes including parent visa's to a ridiculous amount of $20000 for a 10year visa and this does not include them on any medical benifits, does not allow them to renew from within the country and only one set of parents are allowed from either of the partners side. However they are introducing lucrative student visas for students willing to study in a regional area would be getting a scholarship and an extra year to stay on PSW. The other proposals is that Aussies can buy a home with 5% deposit rather than a 20% as before.

Now the Labour party with poor old Bill who I believe could have been the best PM Australia could of had coz he is like an everyday bloke (but smart and has empathy) who doesn't have answers made up at the top of his head, who stumbles upon some questions because that's what an everyday person would do only devious and politically cunning ones have answers made up or if they don't they will still give U an answer totally unrelated to your question making you believe that's the answer your looking for. Good example of that was Malcolm Turnbull. So basically I feel Lib's are against immigration.
