  1. You can create a HAP ID. You click on Health Assessment and then beside each applicant there will be a link that says Organise Health Examination. By the way Bupa is not the only place where you can do your Medicals, depending on where you live you can search for a nearest approved Medical Test Centre.
  2. Chances are good as long as it's a genuine position and there is a genuine need. If you applied in Feb 2018, you have just crossed your 16th month, there is no need to worry before Jan2020.
  3. Gazza... congratulations U definitely deserve it... especially when U see others from the same company applying and getting their visa before U....but anyways finally your worries and wait is over
  4. Congratulations Lubna...what's your occupation and state???
  5. Congratulations....this must have been so frustrating... at least now your worries is over.
  6. The documents you require with be based on your refusal. Which state are you in? I know why you don't trust any migration agent/lawyer because most of them are just interested in linning their own pocket. I could suggest you someone who is a straight shooter and has a fixed rate.
  7. Yes, DOHA knows exactly how long it takes to get your visa after your nomination has been approved
  8. I think that should be great...if PTE is going to send ur score to DOHA then U don't need to worry.
  9. I believe this means that the department of immigration hasn't been able to verify your score. It would be better if you contact PTE and try and sort this out so that when immigration tries checking on the PTE website they can verify your score.
  10. @Wonderingaloud thanks for the clarification, I was under the impression 101 visa's are only citizens adding their children never knew it applies to PR holders too. I have a friend from NZ who was just able to add her son to her 186 visa.... don't know if rules are different for kiwis, didn't ask her all the details but the link you've attached is simply evident enough.
  11. Better hurry Sheb, in November this visa shuts down. By the way you don't need to apply for 101 child visa if your kid is born abroad. All you need to do is apply to add them on your visa.
  12. Manu, they could have refused it...but will eventually do so, unfortunately they are just trying to confirm that the business is not running with 2 different ABN's. I would suggest filing your second nomination ASAP by doing so they may consider and not refuse your application. Otherwise you need to start all over again.
  13. As long as ur on AAT on the student visa I'm sure you can't work full-time, however if you have finished your studies before the AAT you should contact the department of immigration and tell them you have completed your studies. In this case 2 things can happen they may grant your student visa and you may get 28days to apply for a post study work permit if you have studied for a 2year period. 2nd senario - you lose the AAT or even if it's less than 2year study period they may ask you to leave the country in 28days. Either way you have to be out of the country when your 187 offshore is being processed or granted.
  14. Your work limitations are the same as your previous visa. So if you were on a student visa your limitations are 40hr/fortnight. If your on a PSW or work visa then there are no work limitations. Regarding studying - whatever study visa you applied for you need to complete that course for example you applied to study commercial cookery and diploma in hospitality and midway you got sponsored by your employer. You cannot quit studying just because your on your bridging visa, however if you have finished your course you don't need to enroll in another course. At this point of time you are entitled to work full-time because of a clause in the visa condition that allows you to work full-time whenever your on holidays this also applies if you have finished the course.
  15. I think you should scroll up and start reading the whole story before you add your 2 cents in... don't judge by reading a single post and more over I'm not even talking about being violent, dishonest and criminal minded...I think your just getting your knickers in a twist here. Stop twisting stories and causing more confusing.... it's evident you haven't mixed with all walks of life and I don't want to even try to educate you on this.
  16. I agree with most of the points you've made including if there were no IELTS, you can well imagine the level of people who would be coming in, that being said I can only presume that @Tosh14 has said all of this in utter frustration. The point on 10year olds being criminals, I guess that happens in all countries so no need on going there but cheating Centrelink and cheating DWP (department of works and pensions- UK) is something serious and when she mentioned most people...I have to agree with this it is definitely most people. Infact the Liberals who say that imigrants are the ones who are spunging the economy it's complete bullshit as immigrants are funding the economy and funding the scumbags that spung of Centrelink. The last point about dodgy MA- I guess all migration agent are registered through MARA...there's not a single agent who can file your application without being registered. Unfortunately some of these dodgy MA's are also registered and don't even know what they are doing...so who are you going to rely on when they all are registered. I would strongly recommend everyone to do they own research before proceeding with any MA.
  17. It's always sad and frustrating to get refused after such a long wait. I believe everyone here would be genuine people applying for their visa's, even if they have changed occupations. The part that requires the employer to state a genuine need in the organisation in order to be sponsored is completely annoying and irrelevant according to me. "There is a job and you are there to fulfill the role of the requirements - simple as that and that's the reason why your being employed" I don't understand why it needs to be stated as a genuine need and how a CO can determine that there is no need for the position just by reading a few documents. Most of these cases are being refused as a money making racket. Can you imagine the money they are making with the number of refusals. Lastly it all depends on luck if you get a good CO they will give you some time to clarify their doubts and ask for more information but if you get a bad CO they will give you a refusal without giving you time to clarify anything even when things are as clear and transparent.
  18. Hi Sameer...I haven't done my skills assessment yet coz it's difficult to prove 3yrs full-time work experience for my case as I have been working at a few different places and all have been casual employment...I've been waiting since September 2017
  19. Good luck...U may be getting ur golden ticket very soon
  20. Like I said there's no guarantee I have a friend who applied from NSW in June 2017 and is still waiting.
  21. Yeah it's really sad to hear about your situation... infact the other day we were talking about hopefully we don't have to wait for 24months. I'm pretty sure you will win at the tribunal. All the very best!!! @MilaMocha
  22. Bikas88 it all depends on if all the applications were made at the same time. There is no guarantee that your file will be seen to even if they were submitted together. There are a few cases here on this forum where people who have applied after their colleagues but have got their nomination and visas much before. So unfortunately there is no rule of first come-first served. When did you apply for your application?
  23. Diploma in business should be fine for a managerial role. I think you wouldn't have any problem unless you get a horrendous CO.
  24. BVA is a bridging visa. I suggest U carry on with Vevo don't have to make an immi account coz once you do that you would have a whole new load of questions....it's like opening a can of worms that U wish U didn't open. And since you have done without it for 18 months you can do without it for another few...Ur going to get your visa shortly so just be patient....
  25. Hi Rajat...I believe so too...it's not always as clear as black and white as no politician will say that they are against immigration unless they are white supremacist like Pauline Hanson who openly say all Asians should be stopped coming into Australia. The Lib's proposed the migration cuts to 160k for next 3 years of which 70% for skilled 30% for family & special visas. They also proposed the visa price hikes including parent visa's to a ridiculous amount of $20000 for a 10year visa and this does not include them on any medical benifits, does not allow them to renew from within the country and only one set of parents are allowed from either of the partners side. However they are introducing lucrative student visas for students willing to study in a regional area would be getting a scholarship and an extra year to stay on PSW. The other proposals is that Aussies can buy a home with 5% deposit rather than a 20% as before. Now the Labour party with poor old Bill who I believe could have been the best PM Australia could of had coz he is like an everyday bloke (but smart and has empathy) who doesn't have answers made up at the top of his head, who stumbles upon some questions because that's what an everyday person would do only devious and politically cunning ones have answers made up or if they don't they will still give U an answer totally unrelated to your question making you believe that's the answer your looking for. Good example of that was Malcolm Turnbull. So basically I feel Lib's are against immigration.
