For what position did u applied that they regused for not genuine position?

I saw many people that applied in 2019 getting the approval very quickly..but of course I am not one of them

Hey guys did someone heard about this? don’t get me wrong I am super happy about this and for them but don’t you think that it is a little bit unfair that because they after being told they would be deported on the 21 August, Vanisre created an online petition which garnered more than 90,000 signatures - 15,000 more than the target - and a swell of public support. and after that the Immigration Minister David Coleman intervened to grant them permanent residency, just days before they were set to be deported. again I am super happy that they can stay but there are people waiting for years and someone for less and the level of stress is super high, should will all create an online petition to ask them to process more fast the visas?

Mate we applied on 18th of February 2019both nomination and visa with medical police check and everything else and no news at all I have no idea how they pick people on the line but I understand your feeling is terrible they didn’t even send us some email or something

We applied on 18th of February 2019 both nomination and application decision ready with all the documents no news yet no email nothing at all I spoke with my MA today and he told me that before the end of financial year he saw some grant in 6 weeks because the governament need to reach the target but that now they become slow again!! so unfair 5 months today and no news at all the application is still “received” it look like a never ending story with this change of processing time

Hello Mark I am super happy for you and you give me hope as we applied for same occupation and we are also in NSW and we are also from a lr country did they ask you something?did they come to your work place? we applied on the 18th of February 2019 both nomination and application and we send them all the documents but we didn’t received any news yet no email nothing at all we are starting to worry about

No nothing yet yep I know that we are still within the processing time but I can see that some people after the application received email about request of more informations instead we already sent to them everything without waiting for them to request it i was hoping there is a kind of precessing time for each part of the visa this waiting is killing us No email no request or more info and the application still show received

Question on the website it say that processing time is 10 to 13 months for approval but I suppose that one mean approval of both nomination and visa instead does anyone know how long after your application they approve your nomination? there is a processing time for that? we applied almost 5 months ago both nomination and visa and we sent already police check and medical and we didn’t receive any news yet no even an email or extra request thanks

I am so happy for all of you guys!! we are still waiting!! applied on February 2019 both visa and nomination with medical and everything nothing yet! so sad I know that we are still on the processing time but still no news at all

But still you had your nomination approved in 3 days!!!it is amazing I have no idea how this could work..how people with the same position wait 3 days and other 2 years!!!

Lucky you we have same position still in nsw we applied on the 18.02.2019 and we have also send them on the 23.02.2019 medical and police check but no news yet!!! why everyone is moving except us

I feel so sad now I mean I am super happy for you guys but I apply in February 2019 with medicals police check and everything already done grandfathering from 457 and 5 years in total in the same company they didn’t ask any info and they didn’t approve the nomination yet no famous email nothing so far no news no email

I really don’t understand why we should wait all that time I mean we already work hard for our visa we already show them our English level with ielts or pte we already provided our police check and everything I think that they just want to find extra excuses for have a second class people that pay taxes

Thanks a lot I just keep seeing a lot of people that apply early 2019(January and February)and they already had their visa even if they need to supply further documents and instead we didn’t receive anything yet..it is frustrating

We applied on the 18th of February 2019 nothing yet no email no news we sent them a decision ready application with all the possible info that they may need I don’t know if it is because our application is for customers service manager and as far as I know they look very close to this kind of position only thing positive it that I just apply for Medicare and I received it this morning i am super stressed I just hope we will receive some news soon

Hey guys are you not worried that who will win this election on Saturday could effect our visa process/decision? I am always worried about this “genuine position”requirement It look likes a kind of “free will” of the case officer..so he could me manipulate...so I am worried that he could be used against us.. what do do you think ?
