Hey guys I know someone asked already this question but I can’t find the answer how long pass until the case officer look again at your application after you submitted the documents that she requested? Someone says they look after the 28 days are passed and someone says after 6 weeks

How many people have been waiting for over 13 months now?? why they say the processing now is 9 to 13 months if it is not true

Today my 28 days for provide the infos they requested me will end! lets hope something will happen and they will start again to look at my application. waiting since February 2019 nothing so far my anxiety is killing me

I still don’t understand why they are taking so long i mean after they see all the documents and everything what are they waiting for?

I honestly don’t know if it was s56 because they requested some extra info about the company (like tax back and bank statements)no about me

It is 28 working days (Monday to Friday)or calendar days(including Saturday and Sunday)? i have no idea how this processing times works I just hope this nightmare will end soon

We applied in February 2019 they requested more info on the 26 of August (some bank statements and some documents from the company)we provided them all no news yet

It is a very stressful situation,I have been waiting for 7 months and they just asked more info and since then no news imI honestly don’t know how people can be waiting for more than a year and don’t get crazy

WAW yours was very fast we applied February 2019 they asked for more company’s documents(bank statements and things like this) and we provided them what they need nothing else and we didn’t received any news and nothing is changed in our immiaccount really frustrating and I am starting to be worried about

Hey guys I am getting depressed here I have been waiting for 7 months now (I know there are people that have been waiting for long,but I have the right to be anxious) they asked us further documents and we uploaded them last week,police check and medicals already done my immiaccount is still just “received” nothing has changed and the MA said that our position is a little bit complex and people with my same position(customers service manager)has been delayed is that true?someone else?

You can open an immi account but you need to have the reference number of your application

Question the co asked us more info and we provided to her now I checked my online application and the status is still “received” and the last update is on February when we have them the medicals check..is that normal that nothing has changed considering that we provided them the documents they asked us ?

Hello me e applied on February 2019 trt the co asked more info a week ago tax returns for the last financial year ● recent financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet statements for 2016-2017, 2017-2018 financial years) •annual report ● bank statements covering the most recent 12 month period of operation we submitted everything between last week and today because the bank statement was a block of 12 attachments and it took times everything else is already done do you think it will take a lots? it has already been 7 months and now the processing time is 9/13 months we hope to have nomination and visa granted together

I am waiting from some feedback from my MA,the CO asked the company some documents,they give them all but the MA told us that the bank statements are a lots of pages and it will took a while to upload them on the on line application..he told us yesterday this..I hope today he uploaded everything and the the COwill behappy about it...

Question the case officer asked for some documents my immigration agent collect them allBut he told me that the boss send him by post the bank statements because they are too many pages so how my immigration agent will send this documents to the case officer?by post too? thanks

Thanks I didn’t know that some companies run at a loss on purpose let’s hope MA and accountant will manage it well

I hope they know about this annual business report..I am just worried that it will take more than 28 days for them to collect all the info they are normally very slow when it is about collect documents for the other guy I really hope they are not in loss

Hello my immigration agent just email us that the department send him a request of more documents this one Established business/organisation Request Detail Established business/organisation Provide all of the following to demonstrate that your business/organisation is actively operating in Australia: ● tax returns for the last financial year ● recent financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet statements for 2016-2017, 2017-2018 financial years) ● annual report – you would have this but perhaps a letter from your Accountant ( on letterhead) stating that the business is trading well etc etc? ● bank statements covering the most recent 12 month period of operation It is a bad sign or a good one? he said that normally they doesn’t ask for this
