Do you think my immigration agent will receive a notification about it?

Hello i applied for my 186 visa with an immigration agent. now I discovered that I can see the status of my visa with an immi account I opened one and I imported my application I will not touch my application I just want to check the status and nothing else can this create some problem with my application or my immigration agent?i didn’t notify him,do you think he will receive some notifications about the fact that I opened an immi account to check my visa? i am scared that I made a mistake opening an immi account and could affect my visa process or something else Thanks

How long it will take?i am worried that if we split in an half it will be like a red flag,like we are doing this because the position is not genuine instead the position is genuine,he also took a diploma here in Australia and he has been working for the company for almost 5 years

And how we can prove that he is in a genuine position?

Even for people that have the grandfathering?what reason they use for refuse the visa?

A million dollars question: We have a 457 visa and with the grandfathering we are be able to apply for 186 The immigration agent told us that our position is an high risk one(customers service manager) He told us that will be better apply first for the company nomination and after for our part...that it will take longer but will be a better thing to do Why is that?whats chenge if we split in an half the application?
