  1. I don't see how that was necessary, however, although I understand that - I am more curious of if there's an active member on here that manages the site.
  2. @Pottsie I think he is just letting you know that your details have been added to the spreadsheet.
  3. Once you have a CO and they request updated documents from you - typically, is you MA able to contact them directly on phone? Or only via email?
  4. What did they ask for the 2nd time? Documents related to something you had sent back, or something else from the initial application? I assumed that they asked for all documents, once off - unless, in the follow up documents there is something they need?
  5. Thanks @123stella Did you go through an MA or directly by yourselves? We had given them everything but they needed us to update the form 80 and do one other medical.
  6. Perhaps someone could share their experience; Once, requested documents are sent back to the CO - what is the typical turnaround time (how long till they review them and continue with the application). I understand there is no exact answer to this - just looking for people's timelines from personal experiences.
  7. Has anyone been requested to do medicals, even though there are already medicals have been done and still valid. Is it possible they didn't get them / need them resent somehow? We did our medicals and the practitioner apparently forwards them to the Visa?
  8. You'd need to be patient unfortunately - check the online visa processing times to get a rough idea. Some people have been waiting well over a year.
  9. I didn't have to pay for anything ? Regardless, this is kinda relevant, as it still needs to be brought to up for passing, and sounds like it'll be a new visa all together.
  10. Nevermind, here is the online link: https://www.theaustralian.com.au/national-affairs/cities-fix-pms-plan-to-send-migrants-to-regions-for-five-years/news-story/c8573e68a1438295818d5aab9de5471b
  11. Anyone got any thoughts on the update regarding, Scott Morrison giving Dutton less responsibilities (good / bad / same) for us all? https://www.businessinsider.com.au/scott-morrison-names-new-ministry-2018-8
  12. @Cbyrne11 We could lock it down to a set list of emails, and add users as they request it - that way we can track who makes what changes and remove any access as needed. However, I don't think we'll need to get to that - it seems like someone just bored and has too much time on their hands.
  13. @galisuman sure: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1INy6sxuUIisgLOT7CcskWLjQjHV_6yVvUBRHceWE_a0/edit#gid=1796353307 However, I suggest you don't bother with it right now, as you'll see - someone is messing with it.
  14. Let them play - we can reload the correct version when needed. No dramas
  15. It's OK - these files are all versioned. We can simply change it back to the working copy when needed. Clearly they have no idea how GoogleDocs works ?
  16. This hasn't been updated as yet - "Last updated: 18 July 2018 (for month ending 30 June 2018)"
  17. Thanks for the info - has your visa been lodged / nomination approved etc?
  18. Does anyone here know how important qualification(s) are on a 186 TRT. I've heard that with a TRT, it's not important at all, as you meet the work experience. With DE, I know you need a Skills assessment. I'm more curious to know if they even care in the TRT - from what i've heard, they don't / shouldn't.
  19. @Manish9001 Unfortunately no one knows the answer to this - the guide we've been given is the home affairs processing times - link: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/access-accountability/service-standards/global-visa-citizenship-processing-times It could be anywhere from 6 months(unlikely) to 15+ months.
  20. @Eddy101 If you are still on a 457, there are no 2 ways about it - you'll need to keep your 457 medical insurance (it's a requirement). If you have already lodged your visa and recieved your bridging visa(s), then you can apply for Medicare and lower your 457 insurance cover (to save on cost). Again, this would be entirely up to you (assuming you have already received your bridging visas, if not, nothing you can do about it).
