Hi all, I received an email request me to pay 2nd vac English for my wife and I payed yesterday. Today I got a s56 requesting me to redo my afp and ask me to include my informal English name in the afp, I notice that they are two different Case Officers. does anyone know is this normal? Isn’t asking for 2nd vac payment usually the last step of the process? Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi guys, thanks for clicking in. In November 2019 I received an email from no.reply.gsm.allocated@homeaffairs.gov.au to ask me to upload additional documents in immiaccount, and my status in immi is "further assessment", and I haven't heard any news till now, in the email there is no email address, only a name and position number, I have phoned homeaffairs for countless time but they just told me to wait. I sent emails to gsm.allocated@homeaffairs.gov.au and skilled.support@homeaffairs.gov.au but only got auto reply. I really want to get in touch with CO to see what is going on with my application but don't know how. Any help would be highly appreciated, Thank you, wish you all have a speedy successful timeline.

Hi guys ,just checked that 187 trt process time 75% in 64 days and 90% in 10 months, the time is different, is it real that quick? I remember a few months ago is all around 15months .

I asked a few agent, they all say I can apply 186 nomination again, but who knows,I know the training benchmark won’t affect me again,it’s all up to Case officer to decide, and the current process time is 14 months, the time is too long ,I can’t afford another 14 months and then only get a refuse again. BTW,if your current 457 is expired, you are not eligible to apply again as far as I know ,because it’s called trt, temporary residence transition. But if you have a agent it’s best to ask their opinion. At the same time try looking for direct entry on 186 or 187 or skilled visa to see if you are eligible I’m currently considering re-apply 186 or apply for a 190 visa, my 457 is still valid till 2019.December,so I have a few time to decide. Best luck for you ,mate.

I had same experience last month,my nomination was refused due to training benchmark, TRT 186 , now my agent says I can re-apply again because there is no training benchmark anymore ,now SAF levy replaces training benchmark, you pay before you lodge your nomination. And I haven’t apply 186nomination yet because there is a ownership change in my company,I need to wait them finish and consider re-apply again, but I am not sure if I will apply again because there are so many uncertainty now in my case.

The saf levy is in effect now ,training benchmark is abolished, but there is a motion right now about disallow the saf levy and maybe training benchmark might come back, who knows.

Hi. I submitted nomination only in Jan 2018,haven’t lodge visa application because I have been told if nomination gets refused I can’t get a refund for the visa fee(3 applicants cost $7000+) 1.you can submit your visa, and if nomination refuse, you can review and appeal, but you need to check if it’s worth going review and appeal coz it takes ages. 2.aren’t you on a TRT nomination already? I mean no one would go DE if they can go TRT I have no answers for other questions. Better ask your MA coz you paid

You can google it,there are 1% and 2% fee depend on your company’s employment situation, and you won’t be able to know if employer paid or not because it’s about the company, not personally so you need to remind your employer to pay it yearly.

Hi mate, sorry for the bad news.According to agent, did you pay all the training fee in once?I have been told that the training fee must paid yearly, that is the requirement you need to comply otherwise your nomination could be refused, but of course,it depends on the co.
