    Scott morrison used to be immigration minister during 2013-2014 under Tonny abbot government. During this calender year 126k visa were issued which is still highest number of visa in australian immigration history. Based on this history i guessed he won’t be as bad as potato. But i still believe this government immi policy will remain same as before.

    Dear Nikimino, If you buy the business while your 186 visa application in progress, you will be regected. Remember it is an Employer nomination visa and you are only working there as an employee.

    It depands on the area you live in. I live in dandenong in. Vic. Here hospitals are disaster. Long que. and medicare do not cover ambulance but govt rebate your membership fees

    Also remember guys, medicare do not cover ambulance cost and private hospital cost. And a long que at Govt. hospital. Even if you still cancel private insurence cover please make sure you keep the ambulance cover which govt rebate the ambulance cover. So i only pay $48 per year for ambulance cover at bupa

    Hi Karm, It is really sad to hear that your loving daughter has come out with medical condition. I hope Almighty God will find a way for you to rescue. anyway, was your nomination approved?

    I don’t think it would affect on your 186 visa as you are going to apply as secondary applicant. As long as primary applicant gets granted then you should be fine. But still immi may asks any explanition so obviously you can say i managed a part time job on the basis of his student visa application as it was in my mind but eventually he applied tourist visa and i did not know that. Simple. As your 457 visa approved already so nothing to worry mate.

    Nomination approved on 06/07/18. Now waiting for visa. Applied both on 09/11/17

    I think immi follow your lodgement date they might process the nomination first and then visa with the gap which means you might get your final visa later or following the global processing time. One of us here had visa granted after 8 months of nomination approved. Total processing time gets nearly double. You should have lodged both at the same time around. Good luck !

    Hi all, Does anyone have any idea how long BMVS can wait for medical clearence in responce further assessment from a specialist doctor/ clinical psycologist? We are 3 of us family member. All medical cleared except my son’s medical paused due to further assessment to determine whether he meets the requirements or not. so we are waiting for doctor and Bupa waiting for the report which doctor will provide us to send back to bupa. For doing this process it takes long time as doctor appointment not available soon. So how long Bupa can wait to get the assessment report from us to decide my son’s medical clearence? would appreciate if any one advice provided. TIA

    Is your medical cleared? My nomi approved on 6 july still haven’t got visa yet because y son’s medical is not cleared yet.

    They will further investigate internally the issue once they received from crime stopper or the agency (current affairs). If someone inform the department about a crime , they will do it for sure but not to worry if your case was been through following correct procedure based on real.

    Even if giving Dairy milk chocolate away they need to assign a CO who will assess the genuine need.
