  1. Hi all, my mum wants to apply for a visitor visa while waiting for 143 visa. In the application, they asked for a queue date. Is it the acknowledgement date? It's a bit confusing because when I clicked on the help icon, it only mentioned 103 visa and that the queue date is not the application date.
  2. Hi @Alan Collett, We were asked for that since December last year, but our AoS process has been 8 months long. Further documents (form 80, etc) were requested on Aug 6 and submitted on Aug 27, but no response so far. Thanks
  3. Hi all, further documents were requested from us and were sent to them on Aug 27, but there is no confirmation that they have received it. Is that normal? Also, the submitted police clearance and medical will expire late December. What should we do now?
  4. It's better to apply at your local branch. You still have to go there to verify your ID.
  5. @Sydneypianoteacher, yes correct. For me, the call operator and the local branch's staff can see all the documents are there when asked, but the interviewer didn't get notified about this, so there's no progress.
  6. Hi @Sydneypianoteacher, I've been in a similar position. They told me that they didn't get notification when we submitted our bank guarantee through my.gov, so you could try going to local branch and lodge the bank guarantee in person. Please let me know how it goes.
  7. Thanks! I've created another sheet for 173 visa. There is not enough data for that page to be useful at the moment. If anyone would like to contribute, please feel free to edit.
  8. Hi guys, I don't see any official tracking page somewhere, so I've made this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qdUJtvi43-4Ma76iDQWtT3Dv2KK4HxA1lvQzeAB2MOE I've included your username there. If you don't want to be included somehow, please let me know. Please feel free to edit or make suggestion. I'll try to populate more data later. Mod, if this is not allowed, please remove this post. Cheers
  9. Not yet, I'm still waiting for AoS acceptance letter. Could you please update your signature to show your progress?
  10. Hi Ray, I'm in Sydney, and this is an application for my parents. I'm still waiting to receive the AoS acceptance letter, which is nearly 2 months from lodgement of bank guarantee and over 6 months for the application. Hope we all will hear good news soon, and congratulation to those who have got their visas.
  11. You could find the details here: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/supporting/Pages/143/instalments.aspx
  12. Hi @Ray and Geri, could you let me know your progress with AoS?
  13. Hi, I upload my bank guarantee since May 18, haven't heard anything yet. Does it have to be provided in the branch in person?
  14. Congratulation everyone who got the 2nd VAC payment request! I'm really glad the queue is moving again.
  15. For those who are still waiting for AoS interview, if you haven't opt-in for email delivery, please consider going to my.gov site and change Centerlink preference. It could save you one week to receive letter after the interview.
  16. I just received this message. Did they send it by mistake?
  17. I think they mean 'sole' as in the only assurer as we both are singles. I already talked with my agent about this, but I'm still wondering if anybody else has similar request. Thanks for your response, SusieRoo.
  18. Done. No one seems to be requested for declaration letter as "sole" assurer during AoS interview?
  19. My AoS form was lodged in December and just got the phone interview today. They asked me to submit a document declaring that I'm the sole assurer. The same thing is requested from my sister who is another assurer. Is it normal? Note: this is a 2 assurers for 3 applicants situation
  20. Hi all, I've just found this forum after Centerlink introduced the new income requirement. Lots of useful information here. Thanks a lot. For AoS interview, could you share what sort of questions are asked? Thanks
