  1. Sorry to hear that the nomination refused. Pls check with your MA if they also submitted your visa application with the nomination or not. If yes, you can choose to withdraw application so it will not be refused.
  2. You ask MA to send you Acknowledgement letter which contains information for you in order to view your application progress online. In your case now Medicare should be active one year from the date of 186 lodgement. If it becomes in active then Medicare should have clearly stated in the letter they sent you the reason why.
  3. As far as I know Medicare stops once you withdrew your application. If you didn't, then you are still eligible since the date that you lodged your 186. Please go to your Message Inbox in your Immi Account to check if there is any correspondences from the Immi Office.
  4. Nomination refused, how about your application? If you withdrew your application or your application is also rejected, then the interim medicare card will be in-active. If you are still on 457 then private health insurance is a must, according to its condition of the visa.
  5. Sorry to hear that. when you said it was second time around, did you mean that your first nomination was refused and this is the second nomination which is also refused as well?
  6. That's correct. Bridging visa only takes into effect after 457 expires And if nomination is refused, and application withdrawn after, employee still can stay until end of 457
  7. I saw the letter in the mail box but could not see where email came from? Where did you see it?
  8. Has anyone noticed that the recent Acknowledgement Letter does not have Processing team information on the footer of the Letter? Does anyone has the same?
  9. Your Mailbox should not be empty. You should have seen it has Bridging Visa Grant Notification for all applicants and Acknowledgement Letter
  10. I don' know about the approved nomination, whether it appeared in the Message box in Immi Account or not but the Not Approved Nomination does arrive in the Message box. So check the Message box regularly, not just look at the Status of the application
  11. The lawyer and MA should work together
  12. I havent submitted new nomination yet. The one you quoted is from other memeber who luckily got appeal successfully
  13. Or you could be a fortune teller Or Processing time teller No accuracy, no fee
  14. You deserve it, no doubt Right after you got your grant, you can open an immi agent as well :)- all of us will apply to work for you
  15. My advice is don't just look at the 'received ' status, instead check the Message box. Because if nomination is refused, refused letter is in the Message box, and the status is still Received. Same with other cases here. Grant letter is in the Message box but status is still Received until next day. So check the Message box regularly
  16. No worries. But check the english requirement at the time you apply according to the current law.
  17. I read 3 yrs https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/work/work/age-skill-and-english-language-exemptions-permanent-employer-sponsored-programme#
