Retail Manager RSMS 187 DE HR 2/2016 Nomination and Visa 11/2016 Nomination Refusal (Financial capability) 11/2016 Withdrawn Visa and AAT my nomination 3/2017 Nomination and Visa AGAIN (same company, same position) 5/2018 AAT SET ASIDE my old nomination, without asking a hearing, only requested latest financial information 8/2018 OLD nomination approved by the department, I withdrawn my visa before, so there is no visa attached on these old nomination 9/2018 The department decline my request for priority processing my current nomination and visa (my lawyer ask for combined process, due to the current and old nomination is identically same material, which old nomination have been already approved by the department.). However, the department still declined without reasons, attached a processing time links in the email. 10/2018 waiting... 19months for my new nomination and visa ... Good Luck

Yes, 440 days later, AAT request doc. We apply for extension time for another 28 days. After submitted all the doc. 65 days later, AAT set aside and without further hearing

Refused based on the financial report, acc.lost. Didn't ask latest financial report, company expanded will increased the liability, this is common sense. My RSMS refused in Nov 2016. After 9 months wait.

Hi everyone I am recently won AAT cases, set aside decision by member. My visa application was withdraw after my nomination got refusal, my MA said this is a better way to prevent visa refusal history. So my AAT case is Nomination Only Nov 2016 AAT Started My MA suggested me to placed a new RSMS application (nomination and visa, same company) in March 2017 Now the AAT case is set aside, the nomination have been approved. I am wondering what should i do next? or What will happened next! What about the my Visa? I would like to hear more suggestions from professional MA, please, thank you so much! Regards XXX
