  1. @sbrowne9 I would suggest you to upload bank statements with payment received from other companies wile you were sponsored by a company.
  2. @ring3018 your answers misleading people here. Sometimes keep silent can be more helpful than answers.
  3. @ring3018 you better check @Rizwan question. 186 visa is for 457 visa holders. So till you get 186 visa you need to fulfill 457 visa conditions. Looks like you are really confused.
  4. @Jasz1Reason to refuse looks reasonable. Normally full time work mean 38 hrs per week. If your company have sponsored 4 people X 30 hrs per week, actually your company need only 3 persons with 38 hrs per week+ bit overtime. these little little things which we not care can cost lots of time, money and stress. CO's have gone through 1000's of legit and doggy cases. So don't think they are stupid. 30hrs/week ring bell for auspiciousness.
  5. If you have applied visa & nomination on the same day or before approve your nomination, normally they do grant both at once.(maybe within 1-2 days gap) If they have requested more documents, normally they take 28 days or so.
  6. @RizwanHi mate, you can't do any other works while you in 457 or bridging to 186. that is why employer has to pay minim market salary. CO can straightaway cancel visa on this reason if they found.
  7. Hi Guys, I wasn't been a silent reader but.. I got my visa approved today. Nomination applied- 09/10/2017 Visa applied- 20/12/2017 Nomination approved- 06/02/2018 Visa approved - 14/03/2018 Position- Civil Engineer HR Wish you all good luck and also wants to thanks to the person who made this forum and the spreadsheet. This was my stress release tablet for last few months. And you guys. You guys are amazing. Here pretty much everyone like a one team/ one family as I felt.
  8. Hi Guys, is there a Excel spreadsheet for 187 visa? (as same as for 186 visa)
  9. I had my Immi account status as "Assessment in progress". From today it has changed to "Further assessment". I saw on other forum this has happend to few applicants. This probably just because of their today system upgrade. Now they might using different names to each stages. HOpefully
  10. how bow dat see below. We are currently allocating ENS/RSMS cases lodged between May 2016 and October 2017. As an efficiency, the Permanent Employer Sponsored Entry programme will from time to time, allocate applications for processing out of sequence. The department’s global visa and processing times are a guide only which do vary within individual visa programmes depending on numerous factors. In an environment where the department, and the Australian Public Service at large is expected to deliver efficiencies, one of the key factors that will influence our processing time is whether an application is complete at the time of lodgement. Please ensure that all supporting documents are provided and attached to your application via your ImmiAccount, so when your case is allocated, it may be processed as quickly as possible. The department is not compelled to request further information prior to making a decision on your application. You should therefore ensure that you have provided all relevant information in support of your application at the time of application, using the subclass specific checklists, which are available on the department’s website as a guide. If you have lodged your application without all the necessary supporting information, you should ensure that it is up-loaded to your ImmiAccount as a priority. Informing the Department that the application is incomplete will not necessarily result in a request for the information.
