    Hi No, IF his IELTS was active at the time of application lodgement then you need not worry.They would not ask him to do it again unless they decide to on some very doubtful reasons of english skills of your partner.

    Good Morning All All the best to us, hope to read few grants today, and as many of us has noticed , I've just found the same thing.. Theres no timeline on immi account and status are received asusal..I'll comlpete my 11th month tomorrow as TRT.

    I don't know tbh, You can never be 100% in either case, If your nom is approved and they find anything wrong with Visa applicants details then they can refuse application (if not satisfied) So far it appears as they approving nomination and after few hours approving visa. Its the second case in recent 2 weeks where applicants got visa approved by instant nomination approval.

    Trust me , You'll win it. If this is the only ( silly) reason for refusal. Which i doubt it is.

    Yes it is unfair, Do you all remember we had one of our members here who got refusal for the reasons that PayG wasn't signed by Director or company's boss ( whoever it is), It was unfair too, because its all electronic now , Signing it or not shouldn't be an reason of Rejection. Hence an MA told me that if he get such a case of refusal he would fight to the end.

    Hi Heena If it was updated until 12/2017 then talk to your MA , it looks like unfair judgement unless there is something else that contributed to refusal.

    Pretty much company's side docs which needs to be updated due to lengthy waiting times.I'm still unsure but do go for MA advice pls.

    Im not trying to scare you all or provide you with any wrong information,It could be specific to nature of applications itself, So please do not blame me if some one finds complete contradictory information from any Ma or otherwise. I now feel it is something like Spouse visa that you need to keep updating lol even after 2 years.

    I keep asking my MA if we need any thing to submit and she always says to provide with till date BAS , Payroll etc things from company to attach on 186 application. I didn't know whats the rationale behind it until I read heena's refusal. I'm trying to connect dots (perhaps)

    Every single thing has to be up to DATE dear Sorry to hear about yours but we as applicants need to keep record of every activity.

    BAS not lodged? did you lodge it till date or till the recent one? My MA advised me recently to get Latest BAS from company as you need to keep it up to date till they decide or start working on your case.
