I have an occupational license as they call it repairer certificate, i did applied it from chamber of commerce you need to bring all your trade related documents from education to experience as evidences for them to approve the license

Hello to all, Just literally in the cloud nine early morning today. Finally, our golden email has come. Wohooo after a long overdue of waiting since opening on our file last Dec 2017. Was excruciating of pain to wait. Diesel Motor Mechanic Applied both Visa and Nomination June 30, 2017 Nominaiton approved Feb 26, 2018 Further docs April 5, 2018 Visa Approved April 11, 2018 TRT

Hi Sunny, we are the same occupation, Diesel Motor Mechanic, mine was opened last Decemeber 2017 was 6 months for them to open the file, i applied June 2017. But I have not got my Pr yet as i was having hard time to get an overseas police they are requesting so 3 times this year they open my file and still waiting for my Police certs, fortunately i have been able to get the police this April so just really patiently waiting for my Big day to come hopenfully this week if not next week as it will be the end of my 28 days waiting Period. Mine is more than 28days if i count the weekends but still has not yet finalised since the last update, how do they count the 28days all working days or does it includes the non working days like weekends. Fingers cross next week will be 28days on Tuesday if i count only working days?

Diesel Mechanic here lodged June 2017 File opened December 2017 Nomination approved February 2018 Last emailed received for Overseas Police was April 5, 2018 Patiently waiting for visa approval now..

same boat, you’re not alone???rang immi last friday that we sent the response they needed, and the lady who answered was so nice and said all good they recieved it and just wait for CO and she left a comment on my case. Hopefully this week is the GRANT.???

I think that is a complete disclosure afp. You can do it online. Do not send them just the state police cert.

Hi all, today is the day immi contacted us again. This is the 3rd time they request details but at this time just an email response from the embassy of kuwait to confirm what the status of our police clearance, its been 1year since we applied for police certificates in kuwait but we never receive them up to now, So the immi would like to waive that requirement if we provide evidence that we genuinely applied and we did that. It said in the request details that if the kuwait cannot provide the said police cert they will refer to the appropriate office for consideration to waive. And today we did contact the embassy of kuwait and they promptly response to the request. Done sending the response to the immi today. We really hope our grant is coming after. We did all the best we can. Fingers crossed.

Did they request for medical as well? nope we’ve done that on august, overseas police certs and statutory declaration

I’ve read all the visa processing are centralised which means whoever the first available team or CO will assess your visa during allocation. For example, we are in WA but the team that handles it is PsE Victoria because during the time of allocation on our visa application the available processing center was PSE Victoria. Thats how they worked, yours might go to WA, Sa or wherever next available team.:) Hope that helps

Hopefully as the nomination just recently been approved ( Feb 26 2018), we share the same feeling of this waiting game. So stressful???We all hope our grants soon.

I just sent them email last week and the auto reply shown from april 2016-Oct 2017????now they went backward again. ????We are from June 2017 but already got a case officer since Dec 2017

Nope, I think his occupation os draftsman. Mine is mechanic got case office December 7, requested further docs twice January was the latest. We both lodged June 2017. I think we just got delays because our nomination was just approved Feb 2018. Fingers crossed our visa next. Completing the 9 months processing soonest:)
