Hi All, is there anyone in the group who has applied their partner visa 309/100 around October 2017. I lodged my application in OCT 2017, haven't heard anything from case officer, not even sure If I have been assigned any CO so far. DOL: 5 OCT 2017 MED: 17 OCT 2017 Cheers

you can create immi accound now and use your TRN number to locate and import your application to immi account. hope it help.

you might be able to provide one of those court marriage certificates

@ASAS normally all the partner visa applicant required to produce marriage certificate and prove of marriage issued by the government department such as NADRA in Pakistan. it is also best to provide copy of nikah nama with English translation, family registration certificate and photo wedding fuctions all and general photos with friends and family.

Hi Guys, I am new to the community. just had a question in mind. I have seen some partner visa 309/100 cases refused on the basis that they haven't spent enough time together. how much of time would be considered as enough time for that. I have spent 2 week with my wife in Malaysia and than another two in Pakistan after our marriage.
