So we can apply for a AAT review for only sponsored visa applications? I am not the sponsor here. It was an offshore visa application.

That is why I used 'We' throughout the question instead of 'I' because it is one of my family members, not me but due to his lack of English communication I am asking on his behalf.

has anyone gone through such situation? our visitor visa was recently refused due to case officer's mistake. He mistakenly looked at the tax deducted (which was some thousands currency) instead of the account closing balance (which was around 1 million currency) in the bank statement, and refused the visa saying that tourist funds are insufficient. what can we do?

Did anyone else noticed that in Australia (at least in NSW where I live) child care/day care fee is subsidized by the government but the fee for pre-schools is not. Why is it so?

I live in a 2 bed unit with no gas connection. My last 4 monthly electricity bills are $140, $229, $100 and $193. Our stove top is electric (ceramic) and there is no air conditioner. A couple of persons have told me that my electricity bill is a bit higher, for a 3 person household, because of the electric stove. If I replace it with a gas stove, the bill would go down to approximately $80-$130 range monthly, on average. I still have to authenticate this myself.

Some electricity companies, such as AGL, have started giving an option to their subscribers to enter the meter reading themselves (app/website) every month to get an accurate bill. I have been doing it for last 3 or 4 months.

It might seem a pretty dumb question to some of you guys but I am clueless about it. I am living in a Sydney suburb. I got a large LCD for my home but now I don't know what to do set up TV channels. What options do I have? classical TV antennas? dish antennas? cable tv?

UPDATE: Someone advised me that it should be "Consent for travel of a child under the age of 18, Evidence of" but it was not present in my application so I used OTHER DOCUMENTS section.
