Can anyone plz explain, why immigration is processing so slow for the occupations listed in STSOL list? Is immigration dept waiting for any upcoming changes in Rsms visa that will result in a withdrawal of applications related to STSOL occupations? As they have done with some of 457 visa applicants. Just a hope for everyone waiting on this forum. As i recently experienced that VETASSESS dept is even also not accepting applications for skill assessment due to change in occupation list defined by DIBP. And going to re-open online system on this Friday. In my point of view all the departments related to DIBP will start working now on pending files, as all changes are announced related to 457, 186 and 187. And hopefully their will not be further changes in RSMS visa before March 2018. I wish everyone hear good news about their visa very soon. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Did these applications mean "RCB application" or "RSMS visa application"

PERTH RSMS New applications to certify positions for the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme are being accepted for the following regions in the State: Gascoyne; Great Southern; Kimberley; Mid West; Peel; Pilbara; South West; and Wheatbelt. The guidelines for certification remain the same, as shown in the checklist for assessment. New applications for the Perth region remain suspended. Further information will be posted on the migration portal as it becomes available. All applications received before suspension of the program on 13 March 2017 will be processed according to the RSMS guidelines in place at the time of application, including for the Perth region.
