Hi All Finally we got our Golden E-mail on 02/11/2017. SA RCB Applied in June and approved in October. I have applied for 187 Visa and nomination both on 19th October 2016. In June 2017 CO requested for further documents for both Nomination and my visa. All the documents are submitted in 1st week of July and Nomination was granted in July. I rang to CO and she said my file is in third party check process. On 18th Oct I received a letter from immi requesting to pay 2VAC. Amount paid on same day. I haven’t got any reply back from them, So I finally rang to CO and within 5 minutes I received a grant letter. After 9 years of struggle finally got my PR. please don’t loose you confidence, I came to Aus in 2008 as student and no option of PR and keep changing the courses and later in 2013 I applies for doing MS for my Pr, unfortunately my visa was rejected under clause pic5020 (Bogas documents) and i applied for MRT and my visa got approved in 2015. then I did my masters in Sydney from SA( use to fly every week) finally aplied for job nd they sponsered me in 2016 and PR granted in 2017. so never loose your confidence, this is phase of life. good look to all my friends. wish you a very good luck

They asked me to provide a payslips from day 1, Also they asked the bank statement from my employer. But my lawyer said, It's not necessary to submit a employers bank statement (As per privacy act) so we haven't.

For sure. I know how hard and stressful it will be while waiting for CO response. Good Luck Buddy. But, I am not sure will they grant after 2VAC and how much time will they take??

Today I received a letter from immi requesting to pay 2VAC. Do I need pay this before my visa grant?? Also, My wife is on visiting visa, Does she need to leave the country and for how long.

Do you have a case officer allotted

They will ask your passport number, E-mail address and full name. If you are on bridging visa, There should be a phone number down the page. If you call to imminumber, they don't know any thing.

Position: Practice Manager HR country RCB applied 06/2016 Notimination and Visa applied 10/2016 Docs requested for nomination on: 06/06/2017 Update of financial records Docs sent : 29/06/2017 nomination aprroved on : 14/07/2017 The same day nomination was approved they requested a police statement for my wife. police statement sent on: 18/07/2017 But no update yet. I rang to immigration 2 weeks before they said, My file is in third party check. Yesterday my agent E-mail to immigration ,They replied saying my file is under assessment still. Any one faced or facing a similar situation. I couldn't plan any - Any idea guys.

Yes, I am on same boat too. You can call immigration for status, Even you are with agent. I did the same and my CO said my file with third party. I submitted my docs pcc on 14th July and waiting for 2VAC invoice.
