I can't wait to see the updated processing time... Can you please not delete the information on the spreadsheet? I can't see any occupations in December 2016... Thanks

Don't worry mate and welcome in the PR race[emoji5] Your bridging visa will run while waiting for your visa approval. This visa is valid during the whole waiting period. Don't worry for that you have the rights you can freely travel etc... And You'll definitely get your visa before June 2019! [emoji5]

No.. my 457 is active and I got a bridging visa the day I applied. Of course this bridging visa offers the same right than my 457 because it's still active [emoji5] Check your immigration account. You should one letter.

It's even bizarre that your MA request more money? [emoji848][emoji848] Your 457 visa is automatically transferred to a bridging visa once you apply for PR. (For DE onshore and TRT.) So even if your 457 expires your bridging visa is still active.. It's just different if you plan to travel overseas I guess.

Yes... and it might get worse because there'll be more and more applications till march 2018. So I guess the processing time can even be longer than what they have released... However.. I have the feeling that most of applicants who wait over 15 months are from offshore???? Of course not all.. but most of them...

They're apparently reviewing applications between April 2016 and June 2017. However, I haven't seen anyone who got it after April 2017...?? Personally, it's been 8 months and half...

My MA doesn't want to upload the form 80... I'm from LR and applied under the DE stream... They told me this is usually requested further by the Department if they deem it necessary for certain applicants...

Don't worry.. I'm sure you'll get it soon! Your occupation is on the good list so I guess you'll get it in the coming weeks.. However... how do they dare to say they're reviewing in order of lodgement date... Although they're reviewing apps between April 2016 and June 2017...[emoji856]

Yes unfortunately [emoji52] And it seems so unfair to see such variables processing times between the different streams or within the same occupation... Makes no sense at all.. And yes I think it's sometimes unfair... even if I'm always happy to see people get their visa granted here..[emoji5]

Here's the average processing time... this is an average... so people can wait longer or when some people are lucky and get an outcome kinda quickly.. Just have a look at the spreadsheet and you would have a better idea..[emoji5] All the best!! And welcome in the waiting game [emoji123][emoji5]

This is not fair for the DE applicants who applied onshore. Some people applied under the transition stream just because they got a negative assessment but their applications are prioritised...[emoji5] Ok... this process is driving me nuts....
