    I agree with you but I think this is too soon to see the impacts... All 457 people can still apply so I guess there'll be a lot of applications in the coming months but the processing time should reduce afterwards [emoji5]

I've been waiting for 15 months and 1 week.. there's also a lot of DE applicants who have even been waiting more. So.. I don't know how they can reduce the processing time and not touch older applications... [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]

    My understanding was that nomination and visa application should be 100% up-to-date at the time of lodgement.. And the officier can request the latest documents if they want to.. No?

    The current average processing time for direct entry is between 10 and 15 months...

    I don't understand how they considered an application to be high risk... They've already approved our 457.. so if our applications would be not genuine, they wouldn't have granted this visa... so it shouldn't be that long.. [emoji35] I'm seriously tired of waiting...[emoji22]

    30% of fraudulent applications or companies who don't comply to their immigration obligations seem huge to me... Why people applies if they know their applications are dodgy....

    I think those who have been waiting for more than a year (or less..) should not visit this forum every day like I do... It makes this waiting period even more difficult...Now it only gives me a feeling of injustice

    Have you applied under the DE stream? If so, it should be summarized in your skills assessment ?
