Yes, this is a business... They are responsible of the delays.. by prioritising the newest applications... Meanwhile those who have been waiting for ages are even requested to pay extra... It doesn't make sense at all....

Yeah.. Not only for the applicants from april 2016... but all 2016 applicants... it's still too early to talk about 2017 since they're still on the provided processing time frame.

Personally, I'd be more enthusiastic when they'll remove April 2016 from the processing time frame.... Marketing specialists seem to not be an occupation the department of immigration cares about...(I think there's a big backlog for marketing specialists) But, since they're prioritising the newest applications, you might get it very soon! Good luck!!!!

Lol Based on that, I should also get in less than 2 months [emoji5][emoji5] Why I don't believe it anymore...[emoji5] once I reach the maximum timeframe period they just increase the average processing time [emoji5][emoji5]

I don't think they lie... They never mentioned the processing time for the other 10% of applications... I've been waiting for more than 13 months... Now, I just hope I'll get it before Christmas 2018....

Per employee Therefore, if your company is sponsoring several employees, then they have lodged separate applications for all of them.

Yes... ridiculous... And now, my MA want me to pay for a new australian police clearance and she also recommends to do the Medical test again early next year... I provided all documents when I lodged my application... This is not very cool or fair to pay extra money when some other people get their visa in only 3/4 months... Anyway.... Have a merry Christmas guys. I should stop looking at this forum and my immi account..

Sorry but I really don't understand why some people here thinks that those who have to wait longer are not qualified or provided half of the required documents...[emoji5]

[emoji848][emoji848][emoji1] How do you know that...? [emoji5] Personally..one of the reason I paid around 5000$ a migration agent is to be sure that I have a decision-ready application...[emoji5]

Right, there're only 4 approvals in June... So difficult to make some assumptions The occupation on the MLTSSL are obviously prioritised compared to STSOL. But, people can have a skill 1 or 2 occupation but be under the STSOL list. Therefore, their applications are not prioritized, even if it's a skilled occupation. And most or a lot of skills 1 or 2 occupation are on the MLTSSL. I think that's why some people thinks only skills levels 1 & 2 are getting approvals. Personally and after 12 months, I'm not sure this is true
