  1. Thanks mate. Moved earlier this year to the city of opportunity
  2. Thanks mate. I am from India and council is Belmont, WA
  3. Here’s my timeline now Applied: 30/03/2018 Test: 24/02/2019 Approval: 11/03/2019 Ceremony Email: 17/04/2019 Ceremony: 25/05/2019 Start to end - 14 months Location: Perth Hopefully this info will be useful to someone here as it helped me while anxiously waiting.
  4. Hi kirsty160990 Thats more than the timeframe officer told me today. He said about 6 months to ceremony. Could you call and ask?
  5. Congrats mate. Mine hasn’t. Been 6 hours. I think I might be in the other category that has to wait longer for approval. Its seems to be same day or takes a long time.
  6. Passed my test today in WA. Lodged : 30/03/2018 Test : 25/02/2019 (Originally 02/04/2019 - I rescheduled) Status : Received Has anyone who brought their test date forward got approval on same day? It seems some people are stuck on received forever post their test.
  7. Hi All, I have been granted my PR finally today. Visa/Nom : 5/08/2016 457-186 TRT,, HR country Industrial Engineer Docs Requested 15/02/2017 : Form 1221 Visa Grant : 30/03/2017 I am relieved to get it out of the way finally. Good luck to all of you. Just some thoughts on the process: This is frustrating, sometimes not in our control but I wish you'll all get there soon.
  8. Yes they did. They just asked me for my reference number and told me. They were surprised that my MA didn't tell me about nomination. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I called immi today and they said my nomination was approved a month ago. My MA didn't even tell me that. Still waiting on the visa. But that probably means visa can be far away even after nomination is approved. Visa and Nomination : 5/08/2016 TRT Visa Docs Requested : 15/02/2017 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Do you guys think the new processing times apply to people who have already been requested documents as well? As in it may delay the result by more than the recommended 28 day period after docs are requested. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Fragomen sent an email today saying that they expect processing times for 186/187 to blow out further than 8 months due to shortage of staff within DIBP and Fragomen's preference is to front load applications with all the required docs. Nothing we didn't know but slowing down could get worse than it is currently. That's the biggest take away I got. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. There's an import application option where you can enter your unique ID to add the application to your immi account. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
