:arghh: dont worry bro you got it. I'll finish my 7 months by next week. I don't really no about my application. My MA uploaded all the documents for visa as I can see in my immi account however not sure about nomination but I did sign a paper called not paying for sponsor or something. I hope immi will finish December and January soon, wish they don't have hips of application in these two months. God please help us. Working for my company since January just can't wait anymore. Without visa my 2 years will not be considered from starting date.

Someone got RCB approved on Friday but after that he didn't come back to us. Any updates from him friends?

RCB means the position is real and they couldn't find someone local so I just don't get it how come they have asked for prove. Sometimes case officers just don't even check I guess.

How did you get that decision ready document? My MA also submitted all the documents and she said its decision ready but in my attached documents I cannot see anything says decision ready application!!!!! Do you have this decision ready file in your immi acc mavi and 2015DEC187?

It could be because of Perth. Maybe they don't have enough applicants as a result he got it. I guess its 100% luck. sometimes people apply from Perth but they get NSW.

thankyou mate. Just wondering, have you done medical already? If yes, what does it say in your immi account about medical? Can you please check once? I have done medical last year on august. So my MA told me to hold on untill immi ask to do detailed medical check up. I havent checked my immi ac yet. But when i checked it tonight, it says this applicant has to undergo medical examination. I am going to talk to my MA tomorrow about this. But still want to make sure what it says on yours? TIA It will expire after 1 year, if I were you i would do it again. I'm pretty sure case officer will ask for medical check up if it expires before allocation.

I just don't get it how come someone get his 187 visa in 62 days while people are waiting for last 8-9 months. In march someone applied for his/her visa as a cook, HR, DR and got nomination and visa on same day (62). Sounds impossible to me!!!!!!

But immi auto mail still give us same info.

don't worry Thakur G, overall 4.5 will do. I know lots of family who got their VISA with 4.5 overall IETLS (2nd applicant) and they have used one of the top rated MA in Sydney so relax and wait. I think it should be at least 4 in each band.

Was it busier than now? I think it was much easier that time. Some of my friends got visa in a month. I just can't wait anymore but try to be relax as applicants are waiting from December. I think It will be end of this year before I get any news from immi. If I knew this I would apply for 457 or 189/190. Took the quickest way but now I can see the reality.

It depends on area, sometime it takes couple of days or couple of weeks. Its can be 4-8 weeks as far i know but it was 2 weeks for me.

I think it's luck and nothing to do with how you prepared your application as they don't know anything about your application before allocation.

I don't even think 25% applicants got their Visa in 6 months all fake information. already 6 months and 10 days can't wait anymore to be honest. there are lots of applicants in December but not much in January and mine is 3/2/2016. lets see how long do i need to wait. I think no one gonna apply for 187 anymore if immi does these to us. Really frustrated.
