It will be 28 days if you are lucky. Sometime it takes around 8 weeks however it depends on your luck mate.

what do you mean by 2 more weeks? it would be 2 more months at least. look at my timeline. i have applied on 3rd of FEB it's already 7.5 months. I know it will take another month or so if i'm lucky.

Only your MA and your owner got the access for your nomination. As an applicant you don't get access for nomination because of privacy purpose.

for 187 you need market rate salary package. It depends on your area as well. As a cook 40-45 is normal annual salary for 187. Can you explain, what did you mean by excluding tax? Tax should be from your salary as I know. Thank you.

i don't think you will be able to apply for a any other working visa like 457 as your 186 is a permanent visa. Still you need ask your MA as i'm not an expert.

if you lived in USA more than a year in past 10 years then you have to provide FBI clearance. Not Only for USA but also for all other countries. If someone spent more than a year outside of Australia in last 10 years he/she should get police clearance from that country too.

i think occupation plays a big role for applicants. Nurse, accountant, engineer has more priority then other occupations like RM, Cook, Chef and so on.
