Hey, I'm sure that will be enough, but I'm not speaking from experience, I'm still waiting for my visa to come through! Have you included photos? Nights out etc, family functions. Also, a friend of mine included the receipt for the engagement ring. Surely your partner had some post there? I would just include a cover letter explaining this and include whatever post he has sent there (bank statements?). I don't know if it's the same with your visa, but you have a chance to write and explain how you have supported each other financially etc in the application. Good luck! Depends what you wanted to do. I came from a pretty corporate environment and wanted to continue so hot in touch with some recruiters and had a lot of responses. But I just went travelling instead. I'm in Australia at the moment with a baby and applied for my partner visa, so can stay here on a bridging visa, but if you're applying from outside Australia, you have to wait for the decision to be made until you can move here. Sorry, that's not a lot of help but I don't think you could even come here on a tourist visa and apply from inside as you would be breaking the T&CS of the visa. Have a look on the au gov website, or give them a call, but i don't think you'll be getting over here before a partner visa is granted, especially as you have a dependant.
