how much it will hurt me, will it effect my future immigration lodgements. and will police punish me too ???

I am waiting for AAT desicion, thats why i was looking for someone to sponsor me. Yeah he is not a migration agent and he contacted me from gumtree ad that i posted.

Im in Australia, But afriad that it will affect my present as well as future. along with my future migartion issues.

Hey Guys, i need your help. i was looking for someone to sponsor me in december 2015 and later i find someone but he ask for money for that. because i was unable to find anyone else. My situation was critical, so i paid him, but now after getting money. he don't want to talk to me. What can do now, should i report it now. I am afriad that they will give me fine for doing that. Bcoz i haven't get anything from that maybe their is a chance. I just want your suggestion, should i leave this and move on. Thanks

Hey Guys, I'm going through some bad time. Last week my Student visa has been cancelled due to breach of visa conditions. Now Im on BVe. Last option, Im left with is go offshore, apply RSMS and wait for their response (Hopefully good response). I'm pretty much depressed that if somehow my rsms case declined, I'm left with nothing in my hands. Is their any way that i can do here by staying here, I was thinking about marrying my girlfriend but our relationship is just 3 months old. what can i do ????

I'm asking what I can do if this happen. Just assumption, what can I do after if I face this type of thing.

Hy guys, my student visa has been cancelled last month. So before that I prepare my paperwork for rsms and came back to my country to lodge my rsms. Yesterday I lodged my rsms, just thinking if my rsms has been declined for any reason. Can i came back to Australia for my AAT or any other reason. Because if this happen owner will try to find another person for work, because sitting overseas waiting for Review will take a long time. Whatever came in your mind, let me know. Thanks ** I am not thinking negative, just want to know that's it.

He already left that store after getting PR (Few months ago). He talked about me with owners that i am looking for someone to sponsor me. Luckily they need someone to work at their store too. so they are happy to sponser me. Guys don't worry about this, just let me know how can i secure myself until i don't apply for RSMS. i dont want to go overseas to apply RSMS.

Im not sure about this but one of my friend, just got PR from same store as a manager.

I completed my Diploma of Management few months ago and he is going to sponsor me as grocery store manager.

Yeah, he's preparing his paperwork but will take around 4 weeks.

Hello guys, I need your help. Due to my recent study issue, i got email from Immi that they will cancel my visa if i don't give them a strong reason to change their mind. I had a talk with my lawyer that if i want to keep my stay in legal in australia, all i can do to apply sponsorship before your visa cancellation. everything is ready for me, a grocery store owner happy to sponser me. But he need some time to prepare paperwork and i have to reply immi back on 4th january 2016. I guess they will reply me back within 1 or 2 weeks and definately cancel my visa, which means i'm unable to apply RSMS onshore. Can anybody have any solution that i am able to apply for RSMS onshore. like anyway, by applying protection visa etc. every single suggestion will be very helpful for me. Thanks
