  1. I think its only because there are alot less 187 people on that thread, dont think its necessarily slower
  2. Same here, house sold and the rest in storage, literally sitting on our suitcases waiting. . . Our MA did say that it could speed up as they try and clear the backlog before the financial year end. But so far I havent seen any speed. Hopefully after easter.
  3. We are in exactly the same boat, we were worried that the employer would withdraw the nomination as the agents also assumed that this would be finalised by April at the latest. Even told me not to bother not to enroll my child in school here as he would only miss a small part. Luckily I didnt listen as it looks like he might almost do the whole first year before we can move to Aus. Is there no way to ask for priority allocation on other visas like 187? Why only 457?
  4. Hi Juanita, we also wanted to go for the 457 in the meantime but our employer doesnt want to. Our agent also advised that there is a possibility that the 457 can also take up to 12 weeks. For all that extra money and maybe a month or so sooner. Not sure if it is worth it but definately know the feeling[emoji31] Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk
  5. I really hope this would be true. If they can allocate mid October by the end of March I would be hopeful again.
  6. Is there no way to request priority if the employer urgently needs the applicant to start work asap, or is 457 the only other way.?
  7. By the looks of it more than half of Aug applications are still pending which probably means they wont finish September files in March. This is so frustrating as this means it will definitely be more than 6 months processing time. And this for a Priority 1 visa. I just don't get it, starting to loose all hope now.
  8. [h=3]Planned system maintenance - from 9pm Friday 4 March to 9:30am Saturday 5 March 2016 AEDT (GMT +11)[/h]The following systems will become unavailable during the above times: ImmiAccount eLodgement (Online visa and citizenship applications) My Health Declarations (MHD) service Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) LEGENDcom Visa pricing estimator. If you receive a 'Service Temporary Unavailable' message during this time, try again after the outage period.
  9. I followed a few of these posts and other agents I asked said rather to ask your agent. http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/214079-immiaccount-advise-please.html
  10. Hi Our MA has lodged our application which is in their Immi Account, I have now imported this application to our own Immi account. Does this remove the application or complicate anything on the agents Immi Account? Where can I view the documents that were uploaded. On the right hand side, when I view the application, it has all the applicants and option to upload docs and view health assessment only
  11. Hi Guys I have read a few posts from agents advising rather not to import the application to your own Immi account. Would this cause delays or confusion? I would really like to check if everything was uploaded and also the status every now and then but now I'm too scared to do it!
  12. Please add me to the spreadsheet 187 Direct Entry (Offshore) HR Country 4 applicants Nomination - 21/12/2015 Visa - 22/12/2015 Medicals done and all documents submitted including PCC etc Using a MA Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk
  13. I am following a group on Facebook, and there were a few that got it within 3 months. Another girl I know applied for the EOI and not even 2 days after that she received the invitation to apply for her 189. Not sure if it is for certain occupations, but I dont understand that they say 186 and 187 is first priority if we have to wait 6 months to get a CO allocated.
  14. I see people applying for 189 visas (which is not even priority 1) get case officers within 3 weeks and processed within 3 months. I really do not understand how this works. Priority 1 has to wait up to and more than 6 months just to get allocated.
  15. 2 September 187 Visas were approved today according to the 187 Timeline Thread I hope that is good news for us 187 people
  16. Hi Did you apply for the nomination and visa together on the same date?
  17. How many people on this Forum is waiting and when did you apply? Is there also a spreadsheet like the 186 Timeline thread for 187 applications or can we start one? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BcNOlnXc0F2QgYweRiQUYgH8LOgdmSEn-9rkxTkIlBk/edit?pli=1#gid=527058616
  18. I hope they can speed up now. When I go back on this thread, last year this time they were already on October files if I understand correctly, so they are reallly behind.

  20. Has anybody recently received the automated email that says which months applications they are currently allocating? I have noted two August applications being approved, I really hope they can finish August soon if thats the case.
  21. Congrats, we still have a way to go. But still good to know that 187 August applications are being allocated as it seems the 186 guys are still in July. I hope they pick up speed now...
