No. I do not have agent. I did it by myself. And the button I am talking about was to inform CO that I adedd what they requested.

Less than 5 minutes. It was a button "Completed" (or something like that) and I pressed it. The button was visible on the "status" site. Hope you understand what I mean ;-)

Just woke up after yesterday's news (document request) and my husband told me, that the certificates (connected with electrical profession) were send in black-white and WITHOUT justice of peace confirmation! So it looks like IMMI is OK and really wants to help! In this case it was our fault ;-)
