I am not 100% sure but the documents that you attach to your aplication must be valid at the day of application lodgement. (I am sure that it applies to IELTS). Can somebody help to confirm that?

They did not said MAXIMUM. They said 6 months Moreover: "We aim to decide 75% of visa applications in the timeframe specified for the relevant visa category" "We aim to process 75 per cent of applications within the timeframes detailed below. It should be noted that individual actual processing times will vary depending on a range of factors."

usually 28 days but some of us were lucky and had the PR before 28 days

@chad714, if you was as nice (while talking to her) as you are now (here is my sarcasm), you have the answer WHY she was not nice. I did not said that you cannot call. I just asked WHY you are calling if people who applied BEFORE YOU are still in the queue.

Do not want to be rude but why you are calling them? You applied on 10th of July so just wait for your turn. Now people before you are waiting so your turn will be soon. I am not surprised that she got angry.

it is not true that it takes 28 days! 28 days if for you to upload. Some people had PR after just few days!

I think that it depends on the country you are from. I am from Europe and have never heard about fingerprints being requested.

I decided to relax and enjoy my Christmas. Our tree is already done so now time for other preparation like cooking, gifts and nice mood! Do not want to waste my Christmas <3 I am going to celebrate, relax and wait for good news! No stress! I came to Australia because we love the NO WORRIES lifestyle. Do not want to change that. Of course will let you know in case of any news ;-)
