Hi it's there summer holidays so a lot of the staff take time off so there is fewer staff looking over visas. Good luck guys not long to wait now. We was 30/10/14 and got ours granted 18/12/14. hope u all have a good new year.

My husband is an electrician so we did the vetassess route first. We did our medicals 18th November and sent off for the police checks. The medicals were uploaded two days after and police checks came back last week. I uploaded them and just waited to hear from co but didn't hear anything till this morning when we received an email stating visa had been granted. All gone very quick.

Hi, I only joined the other day but this morning received my email. Direct grant!!! submitted visa on 30/10/14. Cant believe it. Goodluck guys. X

Hi, we applied for our 489 visa on 30/10/14 we did medicals last week and police checks all back and uploaded. Now the waiting game but getting impatient. How do you know when you get a case officer? Do the email you or is it on account? exciting!! Xx

Hi, Im just wondering how u guys have got on with the process? Ive just submitted my EOI for the 489 visa but do i wait till i get an email to apply for state nomination? I've been on the website for western australia (which is where we want to go) but it keeps sending me back to the skill select site? bit confused!! Cheers

Hi, Me and husband both 33 plus our two boys 5 and 3 are just in the process of getting all the details together to apply for our 189 visa. As soon as it is granted (hopefully) we will be on the plane heading to Brisbane. Im super nervous about leaving my mummy but really looking forward to the next chapter in our lives. We are really hoping to be there before xmas if things go to plan but if not early next year. Ive been looking at North Lakes or Mango hill and would really like to meet up with people once out there. Thanks
