Hello all, so until today we still didn't receive the payment, it has been one week. In which way I can kick him out of the house or sue him if possible as we are without any rental agreement. And because we didn't receive any payment , it seems we can't sign the rental agreement now too? Would like some advises please thank you.

You maybe right, but I just get suspicious because he didn't even willing to just send me the receipt of the transfer at the beginning or pay $180aud cash first which we will refund to him later and he claimed now he doesn't have spare money til next Tuesday. Hi Eera, thanks for your kindly advice. But the guy said he can sue me about that I sub rental to him illegally.. and I do think that I didn't sign a rental agreement with him, he stills get the key and money transfer record that to prove I tried to sub rent the house to him. And he even warned me As there is no rental agreement that has been given to me technically not bond is required... and also he told me it is illegal to request him to pay in cash without through hosing estate or something else. What do you guys suggest to do now? What is the best way to kick him out?

My bf is a very careless person and he told me the guy shows him seconds about the transfer payment. Theguy just sent my bf the payment proof as the pic show, what do you guys think is it real?

I would like to ask some advices. My bf and I rented a house with a landlord . And my bf has agreed with our landlord verbally that we will sub rent the spare rooms. so on 3rd February (Tuesday) , we found someone to move in our house, we said to him free rent up to Friday but he needs to pay the two weeks rent and bond first to hold the room. He did the transfer but until yesterday (4 days have gone) and we didn't receive the payment yet, so I started to worried and asked about the guy and he kept didn't show me the receipt. And tonight I talked with him again on Facebook as currently I am not in australia, I asked him to show me the receipt and pay us one week rent in cash first, then he told me he won't have any cash until next tuesday, so I said maybe this is not the place for you. Then he started to change his attitude, he warned me there is no rental agreement signed between us (actually I kept asking my bf to sign it but he just ignored it) , and he even asked me to give him the copy of agreement with our landlord that we can share our house with someone otherwise he can take legal action. And he even warned me to give him back half of the bond by 10am tomorrow .and he kept saying now to me he can't show me the receipt to avoid financial fraud. This is really a terrible experience to me, I am scared and I don't know what is the best way to kick him out of the house now? I do think he can't really take legal action to us as he really failed to pay the rent on time. But He has our keys I am scared in the future he will do something to harm us.

They are now currently doing a research on different countries about their Bachelor's degree to see if it meets the criteria 2& 3. May I know where are you from? I have a friend who is on 457 visa and no problem in finding care assistant job in Perth.

Today I received the email from CO saying that "Acknowledgement of a valid application for a Skilled - Independent (subclass 189) visa" for my partner, and they charged the fee of an additional applicants. However, I couldn't locate where to proceed his health check, and when I logged into my immi account, I just saw his name being added, and documents are required to be uploaded under his name, however, I uploaded all his and our evidences of relationship all under my name before as His name didn't appear at that time, will it be a problem? As there is a limit of 60 files to be uploaded, I can't uploaded my partner document repeatedly. Also under his name, there is a corner of meeting health assessment and it says "This person may be required to undergo health examinations as part of this visa application process. If health examinations are required, a link containing the details will be displayed upon return to this page." Hope someone here would shed some lights , thank you!

Thanks a lot so there is no influence at all even I applied the 189visa offshore (outside Australia ) and can come to australia anytime? Why I heard some people say if you apply offshore, you can't come to australia ? This is for other type of visa application? I am so worried about coming australia before my visa is granted can affect the progress of my visa being granted.

My CO stated that "Please note that the SI 189 visa can be finalised if you are in Australia or outside of Australia.", so that mean I can come to australia before my visa is granted, is it true? if yes, which visa should I apply? and do I need to leave australia border again when my 189visa is granted in order to activate it? please advise, thanks

I think before Singapore and Hong Kong nurses were on the list that accepted by Australia, I hope they will still be on the list, so that we don't need to take bridging course . I just applied for HK police clearance, and HK takes one month to proceed. If Singapore is also same as HK? it requires the letter from immigration for applying the police clearance? Let me know how long to wait for your visa after you submitted the police clearance. Where will you settle in australia? I will settle in Perth..and I am planning to go there at the end of Janurary, hope my visa can be granted at the end of this month.

Hello everyone My CO requested police clearance, in which HK takes 4 weeks to proceed and will send to oz immigration by registered mail..and do you guys know once oz immigration received, how long will they take to grant my PR? I am planning to get the tourist visa to come to oz at the end of this month , is it possible to go there with a tourist visa? Hello everyone I am a bachelor nurse from HK and started my application since May2014, and in early October I mailed them additional document, and they replied me that they have received all required document in this stage. After that, I emailed my CO for two times, and filled in the online enquiry form, and haven't heard from them. I know recently they are doing research about validation of bachelor degree/ qualification of every country. I will soon get my PR and now just waiting my license, so I can start my life in Australia anyone know what's going on with AHPRA and the timeframe to wait? Thanks

Hi all, my partner got drink driving offence this year and resulted in a fine and 6 months suspension, and this is his second drink driving offence ( last time had a similar consequence) as I heard as long as there is no imprisonment sentence of one year, it will has no effect on his visa, is it true?
