  1. Yep, me too just uploaded colour copies of original, and it was fine. @All, Mind to share when you guys are planning to make the move and to where? I am not planning the big move yet, but will come to Perth this May just for Visa validation. My first entry is due Nov 2015. Thinking to get a job first before the big move....any thoughts? Cheers,
  2. Congrats TSB81 and Gerrards! Wish everyone in this thread a very Merry Xmas and very Happy New Year!! Ho ho ho!! Lets look forward for the exciting 2015 :ssign19:
  3. Hi Rain, Thanks! I'm from Malaysia If you are not in Australia, you don't have to get NAATI for translation. But in my case, I got a good deal from a NAATI translator to translate my document. Other professional services in my country charge much higher! I got the NAATI contact from NAATI official website. Here's from IMMI site: "A translator in Australia must be accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters. A translator outside Australia does not need to be accredited, but they must endorse the translation with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated. The National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters has more information."
  4. Just got the GRANT today! Thank God!! My misery is over! Wish all the best to others still waiting
  5. I got an email requesting for additional docs. Status on account doesn't change for me. Some of us don't even get contacted by CO, they got direct grant!
  6. Me too uploaded all docs and emailed them last Tues, still waiting for their response... Shona got hers the next day. Could it be our email got lost somewhere; system maintenance etc. I'm thinking to call, but don't know the number. Does anyone tried calling before? @Shona, congrats!
  7. Thanks Bradley, Nursebucko! Congrats Ashlie & Wulber! Hope mine comes very soon. Next week will be my last hope I guess, before Xmas holiday. Otherwise, next year! Gosh gotta be patient!
  8. Congrats Nursebucko! It's worth the wait! May I know what's the change u see at ImmiAccount? Status? Correspondence? For those who was requested additional doc from CO, how do you response to them? I uploaded the docs in ImmiAccount and reply to the same email I received from CO. Just wondering if I did it right.
  9. I uploaded all requested documents from CO on 8th Dec. Yet to hear anything from them... Anyone get contacted by CO or visa grant this week?
  10. CO requested for payslips 2011-2012 and marriage cert translation. Evrything in place, just waiting for Marriage cert translation from NAATI. Hope to get visa grant before the Department go for year end holiday! Congratz to all have been granted visa!
  11. Hi all, I received 189 invite on 11Aug 2014. Very excited! But I am planning to submit the online Visa application in Oct 2014. So I am in the midst of preparing all necessary documents prior to submission. I have few questions here wish to get insights from you. 1) Do I really need to get my non-English document translated? what I have collected so far are Birth Cert, Marriage cert, National ID. I just get a quote from Straker (NAATI translation services) for my partner and myself. It costs AUD 500+. I didn't know it can be this expensive! Can anyone suggest from their previous experienced? 2) For Skills, I am claiming 5 points for 3 years experience - work related to SOL ANZCO 261111 ICT Business Analyst. Do I need to provide evidence for previous work experience that is not related to my ANZCO? such as the payslips, tax form, contracts? 3) Btw, about the tax form, is this necessary? this is also not in English, means that it's going to cost me more $$ if I need to translate them! Hope someone can shed some light...:ssign16:
