I spotted this on the website last week, pardon me for being a bit of a div but what does this mean??

Waiting times for a case officer are 7-10 weeks so no problem there!! We have applied for a 489 state sponsored by south australia

After 9 weeks of waiting we finally got a case officer!!! Requested we go for medicals and get pccs!!! Medicals booked for two weeks time and police checks being sent next week!!! Hopefully they haven't reached their quota for ours and we get a grant asap but whatever will be will be!!! It is worth the wait anyway, we started the process January 2013 so another few months will be fine!!! So happy for it to be moving forward!!!

Hi yes please do keep in touch! It's lovely to hear people going out there who are in the same boat! I think we have itchy feet now though and waiting is killing us!!! When our visa is granted we are hopefully going to book flights! When we go depends on when the visa is done, if it could be July though it would be ideal for the same reasons as you mention, schools etc. Keep posting on here any updates! Good luck x

Wow that's great! We have two boys 6 + 3! We have been looking for a while at areas to live but there seems so many, we want to stay nearish to the cbd for the beginning but not too close, been looking at rentals today in glenelg, west beach, henley beach and also in the hills and mawson lakes! When are you thinking of leaving the UK? What jobs are you both looking at? Do u have children? We want to leave before Xmas if visa is granted before then, husband is a bricklayer and I'm currently a care worker but have a degree in criminology and criminal justice so hoping to put it to some use out in adelaide!!
