  5. Due to my partner and I relocating back overseas I now am putting my candy cart business up for sale. This is a new business which has been started for only a couple of weeks, unfortunately our circumstances have changed and we now have to move on. The business consists of 2 collapsable candy carts and canopys, glass jars, tongs, scoops, some candy reserves, containers, decoration material (ribbon, chalk boards, candy lettering), logo, domain, full registration, and public and product liability. All it requires is a simple name change. We are very sad to have to do this as there is a gap in the market in Perth and we are very passionate about it. Business is priced to sell at $7,000, it is low risk and has good return potential. So if you have a passion for marketing and events and want to make a business your own or have some spare time to try something new, this is the one. Message me for more information.

  19. Hi Guys, Just like to make a comment on UKIP. Myself I am from Southern Ireland living in Australia for the Past four and a half years my Partner is from Dartford in Kent. She started getting me into the whole Nigel Farage and UKIP debates and what he stands for and to be honest I am very impressed at the way he portrays himself etc. David Cameron in 2009 stated that UKIP were clowns and racists etc and then in May 2013 when UKIP received substantial votes he starts to see them as a serious. In Europe at the moment there is alot of issues with the Euopean Union as Ireland, Greece, Spain, Italy to name a few (I know greed was a major part) are in serious debt. Farage speaks with truth and he does speak on behalf of quite a % of people of the UK and Europe that the Union has created a fair share of issues. I have spent a few years living and working in the UK and I have to say loved it and the people there but it does need some change. The IRA for years killed innocent people (and I would classify myself as a patriotic person however what the IRA stood for and carried out was appalling) and now the UK is getting a new wave of violence through Islamists etc and radical hate for Britons. I have mates that say some parts of the UK are no go zones. Again this is only my outside view and I can see where Nigel Farage is gaining support but also cant take the fact away that he is confident and quite a charismatic speaker. PT
  20. I too going into the IELTS exam last year felt very confident that I would pass no worries with just a quick glimpse over the book but struggled. Going back the second time I went through the book and the dvd but also went on Youtube some good info on there. Its not that bad once you do some revision and the writing part is all about a Start Middle and ending. Best of luck with it PT
  21. Hi Guys, Just a few quick questions. First off I notice there is not alot of Information for citizenship as there is with visas on blogs and forums (correct me if I am wrong of course). I have been living in Australia since February 2009 and in August 2013 I will be a full year on PR so I can officially apply for Australian Citizenship. My questions are as follow: 1. What is the turn around at the moment for sitting the test i.e. from the date you apply on-line to dat you sit test. 2. Once the test is completed how long to Ceremony (With the Ceremony I am well aware that its dependent on the local council however ATM I am looking for a rough estimate if anyone has that information) I spoke to Australian Citizenship today and also some of my mates whom are going through the process and they are saying its between 6 to 10 months all inclusive. The reason I am curious is I want to book a few months overseas for a bit of travelling and looks like Ill be able to plan nothing until after May/June. Any information is greatly appreciated. And thanks for taking the time to read. Also if there is a spreadsheet with the date applied what council etc might be a good idea some similar to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtjmLt4bD4fJdGstYU9ZcHJJRUJHV05GSXRHUXdNY2c#gid=0 Cheers, PT
