Hi Sahil, if your student visa cancelled it doesnot have any affect on rsms visa processing. My close friend had simlar siuation last year. immi had cancelled his student visa due to some reasons, so he stayed india 5 months when his rsms visa approved he back. now living in tasmania

Yes, I got my Pr in August 2012 and doing job for my employer from 1st september but now he is closeure to businessdue to fianical loss. I am worried of that if i am unable to find another full time job in same field than what happened? any idea will be appericated.

My employer going to close his business end of this week due to some personal reasons, so what shold i do now? should i inofrm to immi? If does they could cancel my visa or not? some my friends said immi might be said to find new employer to me in same area but if doen't find what happen? Finally I got pre grant letter today. Visa+ nomination. Mel 12/12/11 Nomination approved 9th march Visa 10/10/12 approved My current visa was finished on 13th August . So we already booked tickets to India on 12th august. But today evening we got pre grant letter after lots of efferts Thanks all of them & all will get good news soon.

Hi Friends, So what about those who already have case officer for last 5& 6 months? Like me. Immigration also visited on my workplace 20th june but still not any decision. I am going back to my homecountry 10th of August because my student visa is expried and can't extend because already extended two time. I applied offshore 119 DRC at melbourne. visa + nomination 12th Dec 2011 nomination approved 9th of march 2012 immigration visited on workplace 20th june and required some docs already submitted to immi Now waiting our MA contact to CO on 4rth of May 2012 and he said he is processing my file not ready for decision yet and also said don't send any progress inquery email to me regarding application once i get decision inform to you. Now 3 months passed no any response even than immigration visited workplace but no response yet. so we cannot ask about my application. Now selling stuff and booking tickets to be offshore bcz have not any visa more. Lots of stress at this situation. My daughter don't want to leave school and going back home country but we have to go. I am not sure we will come back Australia or not? Any suggestion will be appericated

I am not sure it is right or not but your friend's employer can make point about that situation. Employer finding difficulty to operate business due to lack of employee that why he want to sponsor your friend as a full time employee because currently they have lack of full time employee, so thats why they closed onthat time when immi visited. When immi staff visited my workplace they rang to my employer before coming.

Visa +nomination 12/12/11 Drc Melbourne(High risk) COE 5th Jan 2012 Case officer requested additional info 1 Feb 2012 CO conducted telephone interview of my employer 9th march 2012 Nomination aproved same day 9th of march 2012 Now waiting for visa grant Immi visited on workplace 20th june 2012 asked same question like pkb to my employer or myself and required last 3 months payslip, resume, contract letter and superanuation detail all send to the immi But still waiting Currently on student visa and going to finish mid og august, so going back to my home country with lot of stress and mental illness. Putting stuff at my friends house but not sure we will come back australia or not? Good luck to everyone

i applied DRC 119 offshore and unable to apply 485 due to some reasons

I have my case officer since April but nothing happen yet. immi visit to workplace on 20th june ans still waiting. I am currently on student visa and going to finish 13th August 2012, so lots of stress in this situation. I am living here for last 4 years, so bought lots of stuff including car. Now am confused we should sell all these stuff or keep in my friends home. My daughter is studing in grade one, so her study will also affected. Lots of pressure and stress. Melbourne centre is too slow making me annoyed

Hi KK & Gilreet I Am also on the same boat. I applied visa + nomination both DRC melb on 12th dec 2011 and nomination approved 9th March 2012. My MA agent contact CO in April and he said he will assessing my file this file but nothing happen in next 3 weeks then contact him in early may he said he has on holidays until 2 july but DIAC officers allocated my file to new case officer. When we contact to new CO on 8th may and expain about my current visa is going to expire soon and if i back to my home country my employer business will be suffered due to lack of employee . he said he is assessing my file but not ready for decision yet when if finilaise i will contact you and and also state that your current visa is your matter, so you should know how to deal with that and you applied for 119 , so you and your employer should aware about be offshore while decision. he said please don't send any progress email in future it increase only processing time. June 20th one lady rang to my emplyer, today we will come in your restaurant to watch the employee who applied for RSMS visa. she visited asked some question about my current student visa and work history, qualification and also watched during work. she asked last 3 months payslips, resume, contract letter and my superannuation documents, we all documents send her and now waiting again. I also lost my hope. every thing is accurate and we provided all the information they required but nothing happen. My current visa will expire on 12th August, so i am too worried. I am paying international fees for my daughter schooling which is 600 per month. Situation is too strresed

I think its depend on the case to case. if they have any doubt they might be clear before approval. I am not living in victoria. If you are living in another state they refer inquery to that state officers. eg. in my case business monitroing inspector came my workplace and they also asked some question about current visa.

Hi Friend, My occupation is cook. i applied 119 but still in Australia on student visa, so i am working 20 hour for my employer. you should not worried about that because there is no any condition work before visa approval. your contract will be start after visa approval. Thanks

Hi Friends, Visa+ Nomination RSMS (DRC) at melbourne on 12th dec 2011 conformation on 5th Jan 2012 CO required additional 2nd FEb Nomination approved 9th March 2012 CO went to holidays 15th April 2012 New CO allocated on 5th May 2012 Immigration officer visited on my workplace on 20th June. A lady from immi call me my boss to early morning they wiill come at 5 clock at workplace to watch the applicant. They asked some question about my previous qualification, current work and salary. She also watched me during work and ask some question. she was happy from my work. She asked for my Resume and last three months payslips, so sent to her next day. yesterday She rang to my emplyer and ask about employer superanuat8ion contribution and employment contact letter. My employer will send tomorow . I am really stressed. What will happened?

Hi Spectre, I am sure my file was DRC. I already have case officer. My first case officer went to holidays for 2 month, so my application allocated to new case officer on 4th of May 2012. My migration agent communicated with CO on 11th of may and he said that he is activily processing the file and will finiliase soon. But now more than month passed no news yet. I am really confused what is going on?
