Hi Sahil, if your student visa cancelled it doesnot have any affect on rsms visa processing. My close friend had simlar siuation last year. immi had cancelled his student visa due to some reasons, so he stayed india 5 months when his rsms visa approved he back. now living in tasmania

Yes, I got my Pr in August 2012 and doing job for my employer from 1st september but now he is closeure to businessdue to fianical loss. I am worried of that if i am unable to find another full time job in same field than what happened? any idea will be appericated.

My employer going to close his business end of this week due to some personal reasons, so what shold i do now? should i inofrm to immi? If does they could cancel my visa or not? some my friends said immi might be said to find new employer to me in same area but if doen't find what happen? Please suggest me what shold i do or if u hace any similar case experience plz share with us/ thanks

Finally I got pre grant letter today. Visa+ nomination. Mel 12/12/11 Nomination approved 9th march Visa 10/10/12 approved My current visa was finished on 13th August . So we already booked tickets to India on 12th august. But today evening we got pre grant letter after lots of efferts Thanks all of them & all will get good news soon.

Hi Friends, So what about those who already have case officer for last 5& 6 months? Like me. Immigration also visited on my workplace 20th june but still not any decision. I am going back to my homecountry 10th of August because my student visa is expried and can't extend because already extended two time. I applied offshore 119 DRC at melbourne. visa + nomination 12th Dec 2011 nomination approved 9th of march 2012 immigration visited on workplace 20th june and required some docs already submitted to immi Now waiting our MA contact to CO on 4rth of May 2012 and he said he is processing my file not ready for decision yet and also said don't send any progress inquery email to me regarding application once i get decision inform to you. Now 3 months passed no any response even than immigration visited workplace but no response yet. so we cannot ask about my application. Now selling stuff and booking tickets to be offshore bcz have not any visa more. Lots of stress at this situation. My daughter don't want to leave school and going back home country but we have to go. I am not sure we will come back Australia or not? Any suggestion will be appericated

I am not sure it is right or not but your friend's employer can make point about that situation. Employer finding difficulty to operate business due to lack of employee that why he want to sponsor your friend as a full time employee because currently they have lack of full time employee, so thats why they closed onthat time when immi visited. When immi staff visited my workplace they rang to my employer before coming.
