They usually are shown as "required" until you have a CO. The CO will then check your documents and update them to "met". Mine are still required after 7 months since my lodgement date.

At the current processing speed (one day of applications per day) it should take about one year. For example, if you're February 2011 applicant, you should have a CO in February 2012
