what i meant was all those cat 5s who got kicked up to cat 3 because of the state lists being changed

Normal pace would be 8-10 weeks per fortnight so that all cat 4 get COs by Jan

I hope they clear the backlog of the cat 3 files they have at least so that they start processsing cat 4 at normal pace

No new COs allocated. Seems they have just shut down.

I am cat 5 applied in September 2007 same as VB. I dont think i have posted the details as I am too lazy to do so.

Not many are receiving COs. Seems they have slowed down to a standstill.

I am talking abt Cos being allocated to May and April applicants.

One thing i am noticing from the posts is no new cat 4s are getting CO. This means the process has really slowed down.

From what i can gather from the front page May and June have the max applicants and then it all tapers out. What is your take on this?

Tania Seeing quite a few April 11 applicants get CO. Should see some movement tommorrow or at least next fortnight. Rahul

Most probably they are all allocated or batched for allocation. Just a matter of a few days before they receive formal acknowledgment.

Also as you can see from the various posts they are right now allocating COs to cat 4 February applicants, so the update of 23 should not have a major jump like last time.

Hi All, I think we should expect a major slow down this week in the speed at which they are processing. Also in future i think it shld get slower as there are many cat 4 who applied in the last few months before July 2011 changes.
