2. haha ye dont make my mistake. Good luck
3. Thats what I thought, I would have worn my best knickers and shaved my bikini line if I would have known lol. There was a lady in there too so nothing seedy but was a bit shocked when he first asked. Maybe its because I have kidney problems and he wanted to examine my back n stomach ect.
4. Medmigration in Mcr. They were great. If you have no pre-exsisting medicals probs you'll be fine. Where bouts you heading?
5. Hiya Thanks for the re-assurance, the medical itself was great, quick and easy, BP, urine test, height and weight, eyes checked, ankles felt, thats it. Didnt need an xray. Just really anxious now feel gutted. Trying to stay positive. Good luck for tomorrow
6. Hi Ive had my medical today, and as dreaded they have requested a specialist report to describe in detail my kidney disease. Is there anybody out there or anybody who knows anybody out there who has been through this and got through?? Please please can someone give me a glimpse of hope I can slowly feel my dreams sliping away
7. Well, had my medical today, and as dreaded a specilaist report needs to be obtained :arghh:, feel devasted, like our dream is slipping through our fingers. Has anyone been through this, or have any idea how long and how much this would be/take? Im feeling so deflated at the moment. Ps is being asked to take your clothes off at a medical the norm? :wideeyed:
8. Thanks guys really put my mind at rest Its a 501 medical, anyone any idea what this would involve? Are there different kinds of meds? Just want it over and done with now
9. Hi Yes I need a medical my partner and children dont but I do due to my complex health matters :err:. Ive booked with medmigration for thursday, a Dr Million, £260, dont think I need an x ray tho. Im resigning myself to the fact he may request further specialist reports. Keeping everything crossed. Hate waiting! Good luck to everyone in the same boat!
10. Hi, we are currently in the process of arranging a medical. Has anyone had experience with any mcr doctors good or bad? Any recommendations? Also we are goin on a 457 do we have to pay for meds ourselves? Thanks

I thank you!

Good question - I am also a second class tagger and have no idea what it means:err:, but think this post may be better placed/get a better response in a general chat forum ...
12. Ye I think we've definately ruled BG out. Cant wait just wana go now. Luckily my OH employers are putting us up in a hotel for a month all expenses paid, then we can shack up with the MIL for however long it takes, so we are in a good position to wait, save and have a good look around
13. I dont think they would be in the same year anyway now .
14. Will be 2015 then, she wont be in the same year as her auntie then after all . confused.com lol. Will make sure we stick to the left of the golf course. Your advice has been priceless ta hun my minds a lot clearer now. Woodvale is definately the one.
15. ps congrats on your novel  wow
16.

hiya, thought id pm you save everyone reading our posts lol. How are you finding Perth then? How long have you been there? Sorry about all these questions im just anxious, nervous, excited all in one and just hope we are doing the right thing x

17. pps do you not get a choice of school like the UK, would you have to go to the one your given? As my OH's sister is also 10 and I wanted my girl and OH's sister to go to the same school, but she lives in BG?? Ta
18. I dont mind older properties in fact prefer them, as long as they are not too old as the older the house the more creepies they hold!?! Am not even thinking about the creepies just yet im trying to pretend they dont exsist lol. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 4 year old daughter so by the time we get over my eldest would be ready for high school would she?? Ps do you know which side is the best catchment area then??
19. that sounds bang in the middle of them both. Defo liking the sound of Woodvale. My OH is over there at the mo staying at his mums in Banskia Grove and he said its a bit out of nowhere, we are used to the hustle and bustle of Manchester so quiet is not our thing. Once again your advice has been very helpful ta very much. Where abouts in Perth do you live? I also know a family in Mindarie but again that seems a long way from Perth, as lovely as the town sounds x
20. No thats a valid opinion and I value your advice. We certainly dont want to be too far away from anything, your advice has been great. Im definately liking the sound of Woodvale at the mo. How long is it to Perth from Woodvale then? Also do you know if Woodvale is a walkable distance to Banskia Grove?? Ta
21. Brill sounds fab. Had a 'virtual walk' around on google map looks really nice lol. Was also thinking Wannaroo/Wangara/Hocking, somewhere in this vicinity, not too bothered about being near to the beach would rather be be nearer the hustle and bustle of Perth itself, but as mentioned above not too far from Banskia Grove (as that is where our babysitter will be dont want to be spending a fortune on taxi fares )
22. Hi We are hoping to move to Perth later in the year, and have been looking at places to live. We have family in Banskia Grove so we want to stay fairly close to that, but on the other hand we would like to be a bit nearer to Perth itself. Anyone had any experience of Woodvale is schools, transport, shops ect. Any advice or other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
23. Good luck and welcome to PIO
24. I'll second that! Thanks guys
