<p>Hiya Pauline, we sent the contract of a week after getting it and had an email 2day from them saying they had received it and that we would here from ATC soon !!!</p>

<p>Hiya Jayne, Glad you got there safely, did I tell you my OH was offered the job at the interview that we went to a on the 14th ?,We got the contract emailed to us the next day and sent it back last week so its all go now !!! Lynne xx</p>

<p>I was thinking mabe it would be easier to get the ss and perm visa before we go but i think we're just gonna go on the 457 and like you apply for the PR when we can. I don't really think it would help at this stage if we change the visa, if i was at the start of the process then maybe i would but as the job offer is in already then i think we'll stick with it !!</p>

<p>Well i'm officially OLD...I have today become a grandmother..he's soooooo gorgeous and I cried when I saw him !!!!!!</p>

<p>I know Christine is busy sorting out the interviews for the Sept and I think she maybe coming over here soon if she isn't already.I know there was only a certain number of interviews thet were able to do so maybe she'll be in touch for the next batch.</p>

<p>We had a phone call from her a few weeks ago just for a chat about the interview and how the family felt about it, I'm looking forward to it..can't wait, i'll be gutted if my OH doesn't get it !!!!</p>

<p>Send her another email, don't give up this maybe the way to OZ, maybe in the mean time your OH could go to evening classes to see if he could complete his course, my OH is going to do a welding and fabrication course evenings at college just so he gets the certificates that prove he is up to date with all the technology.</p>

<p>Ah rite...i did wonder if it was NVQ, my OH done city and guilds when he left school...many yrs ago..lol.</p>

<p>Atc and Woods aren't interviewing til Sep this yr so maybe he could still do it here.</p>

<p>I can't wait...I can't stand living in this country anymore , i've lost all faith in our country, I just hope my OH get the job !!</p>

<p>As ur the main applicant it wont matter how old ur OH is...my OH is the main n he's 38 n i'm 42 so we can still get PR when we're out there cos he will still be young enough.</p>

<p>Is looking for a garage / body shop in Gold Coast who will sponsor (457) my husband !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
