  1. Hi Will I can only advise on our experience but as the above post say it's not easy. My husband got his PR state sponsored visa as a Electrician Special class we have been here nearly 6 months now and he is still waiting for his WA license . He has been lucky and got temp work but he is bored and unhappy with his job I have also been able to find part-time work or we would have not been able to stay we also have 3 girls to support and we are all struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel but we are here and we are giving it our best. Hi we only arrived on the 24th and we have secured a rental we were worried about not having a rental history having owned our home for 13 years we had a copy of our property that we sold with Uk agent and references from UK we also put down 6 months rental down as hubby hasn't secured a job yet so I think you will be fine. There are a lot of people looking and it was very daunting the amount of family's that arrive at the open inspection days. Just be prepared with paper work and if you are really interested in a property get you application in early good luck with the house hunting Donna :biggrin:

  5. We just had 3 prices just under £4000 for full container one did say we where just over but I said well we will just have to leave behind what we can't fit in best of luck :xmas3: Donna

Hi Emily enjoyed reading your post and experiences we still in UK getting ready to put the house on the market hoping to get out there as soon as possible nice to hear your children are enjoying school we have 3 girls 13, 9 & 5 the oldest not too happy about coming out totally understand her concerns she's at that awkward age hope you have a great weekend Donna

  12. Hiya you will be fine we were in Rockingham Feb and we didn't come across any red backs or white tails saw a huntsman he was jumping a bit about didn't see any snake apart from in Perth Zoo . When we first got there I was looking up and around and then you soon find yourselves just going about your business just as they do.
