Tania I am starting at a new school!!! at my old school I could log on when I had time, but I think it may be frowned upon if the new lady sepnt her day checking for her australian visa!!!!, I applied for this new job as i think "life needs to go on" I have been in limbo waiting for my visa for so long, I bet as soon as I get settled into my new job, along comes my visa..............We are not planning to go out permanently until july 2012 anyway , as my eldest son is just about to go into the 6th form and my Daughter is starting uni next month. Yeah It has become a bit of an obsession, I get up have a coffee fire up the laptop, straight on to Poms and hunt out this thread, They day I see Tania and Anlopa get visa's I will be soooooo excited, coz it will mean "my turn soon"..........I can't wait. I work in a school like Tania, and have been logging on at various times during the last 6 weeks, but I am back to work on Thursday, I don't know how I am gonna cope.

Cat 3 are 176 ss who have an occupation on the SMP, cat 4 176 are those applicants that got SS, but were not on the SMP when they were released......I think that's how it is)

Tania, have any of the fitters etc. been allocated a CO then, as it is now over 6 weeks since we were put back on the SOL, I thought we woukld have heard something by now Su x

That's very interesting DCAL, but what about the fitters and other peeps that were put back on the SOL in July, do we take there date of lodgement (dec2009 in our case) or do we take july 1st 2011, I seem to remember way back when people were changing from 175 independent to 176 state sponsored, they were taking it from date SS was granted. I guess only DIAC can answer that one......we will just have to wait and see if any of the dinasors get a CO before April 2012 (your predicted date for July 2011 applicants) Su x
